if you’re in LA for this next week, definitely try plant power fast food in long beach, monty’s goos burger in echo park, my vegan in pasadena, guacamoya oasis in downey, and smorgasburg LA which is a food event on sundays 10-4pm!! they have cena vegan mexican food there and this amazing mole taco at the todo verde tent! oh and modern shaman in whittier (amazing hidden gem) i recommend their vegan menudo, jackfruit nachos, and 4 directions salad bowl! ❤️ OMG AND POTS N WOKS!!! in pico rivera, it is a chinese food spot and they’ve expanded their menus because of how popular their vegan options are. amazing big portions too!! check it out 😭

omg...... i got so excited because you're based in nyc and i live in nyc now and before i even watched the video, i googled the menu for naughty panda bc it looked bomb and realized its literally in my hometown. across the country. the irony of my life. BUT 4th street market is really cute they have weekly open mics there on thursdays!! should check it out

I love orange chicken. I use to get that a lot. Some places called it orange peel chicken and they put small pieces of fried orange skin.

I'm definitely in OC not LA so maybe far from where you are but my favorite vegan places near me are The Black Bean (super good buffalo chicken sandwich) and Vegan Nirvana (the most realistic shrimp EVER). The One haha I wasn’t complaining. But I feel like it’s good to let people know before they order. People want to know if it’s a “swing by for a work lunch” meal or a “I want something greasy and yummy” meal. So that’s why I mention it.
