When the lady was making the BLT crepe, I was like “dude, she’s using the entire bag! That’s gonna be a $20 crepe!”

Biang biang noodles are delish! A great combo of salty, spicy and tart. They are supposed to be super long, as they’re hand pulled...so you can just “slice” them with the chopsticks to make eating them easier 😄

I feel berto on the bok choy. You gotta get the white stem bok choy, those ones are crispy and not hard to chew like green stem ones that I hate. You usually have to go to an asian market to get the white stem ones.

I used to make crêpes with baking soda to replace the egg in the batter, and when I didn't measure very precisely the crêpes tasted a little bit sour so I totally get what you mean 😂

I think I was in there one time and tried to get into Rana but it was way to crowded, so I walked out. It looked expensive, but they supposedly have good fresh pastas.It was the first place on the right when I walked in. I heard people recommending it. The crepes might have been made with a sourdough starter. That woudln't bother me. I think it is better than baking powder.

WOW! The world is slowly changing. To even have a separate vegan menu is not very common in my part of the woods. Hope all the eateries get on the bandwagon soon, they are missing this huge trend to vegan.

Also, did you watch the noodles being made? That’s half the reason to go there. Also, you thought it wasn’t spicy bc you got it dry and bc you didn’t get the Dan Dan.
I went there for those noodles and I was let down cause I don’t like that “chewyness” and I didn’t realize there was so much cilantro. And I’m one of those people. Too much to pick out. Do you know any other places around here that have similar looking noodles that aren’t as chewy??
