    I’m thinking of getting a YUMEM10.
    Can I ask you question. Did your YUME M10 really come with 10x4inch tires?
    I just spoke with YUME they said it was 10x2.5 which is disappointing.

    About tires... Tires are the same! Difference is on the motors!! Yume put widest RIM..!! Classic rim is 4-4.5 cm.. On M10 Rim must be 6-6.5 cm.
    Very good upgrade! They make very good work on M10...!!!

      Oh. OK, those definitely look way wider than 10x3, so we thought those were different.

      All they need now is a bigger battery and a steering damper.

      I ended up getting a Y10 for $1295. I'm very happy so far. I've never had a scooter and am older, so I thought something crazy fast would be stupid. I'm 6'7" 235#, and I feel it has plenty of power and the adjustable handlebars raise up enough for me. I had the S10 for a while, and while I was happy with it, the extra power for going up hills with the Y10 makes it better. Happy with the build quality and value of Yume. It is very solidly built. I think you get a lot for the money.

      @@Blyyyth Buy a popular model that's repeatedly cloned, that has readily available spare parts (best choice is the Y11 *Yume's name for it*), and then stock up on the parts. Far better than relying on sub-par or non-existent warranty work, with brands that may or may not even stay around in an ever changing/growing market. This is the advice the consumer with longevity in mind truly needs.

    Biased Review.
    I just ordered the Yume Y10 and look forward to getting it. However, i don't expect it to be perfect. This review has not one issue of concern about the scooter here. That seems odd.
    He opened it up, saw chinese battery cells and even spoke well of the unknown company too. Nobody does that. Even started out the video by say, they're selling out fast, better hurry and get you one.
    This review honestly sounds like someone who is working for Yume or a paid sponsor.

    • @noblextech
      @noblextech  Před rokem +1

      Thanks for your comment. It's not perfect, like pretty much every scooter on the market, but still GREAT value. Sold out - facts. It's been out of stock for 3 months. Battery - indeed, it's unknown in the US, however quite popular in China.

    Don’t buy yume. My yume s10 lasted not even a weak before breaking. Cheapest possible quality. After I got it repaired I was able to use it for 2 additional days before the controller burned through. There’s apparently no heat protection. Yume refused to give me my warranty never again. NEVER BUY YUME. There’s a reason why they are so cheap. Honestly quite a death trap. These CZcamsrs who only say good stuff about yume are paid by them. Dislike from me…

    • @FreakMeat74
      @FreakMeat74 Před 11 měsíci

      At this price point, one is expected to open up the scooter and do your own thermal padding, tighten all bolts, grease the axle shafts etc. To get a $1500 dollar scooter that is equivalent to a $3500 one, this is the extra cost. To me, I think it's very worth it, these 'cheap' scooters more often than not come with the same brakes, lights, controllers, tires, even motors as most of the overpriced brands, they simply don't have an extra refined 'brand' look and they come with lower quality control from the factory. Work through these small issues and one can have their cake (performance) and eat it too (excellent cost/value).
