I been looking for a cheap cab to convert to a mame/pandora machine but cannot find one local for less than 200 or without traveling all over the state 😂

Get a flat pack or buy an empty new cabinet. I can name a few resources if you want. It seems like there is a place for restoring these old ones.

How do you get these tips/heads up on where the games are for sale? Biggest challenge i have is finding hunting down the games to restore/buy.

Who cares about the rubber. Painted cab would have turned me off. At least enough to try talk them down on price.
