Lowkey I may be stretching this a little bit but I think Chet breaking his foot might be a blessing in disguise for OKC. Reason being because this gives OKC one more opportunity to tank this year, and if the do and win the lottery (Depending if they have their own pic because I don’t really know lol), they can draft the unanimous #1 overall pick in next years draft, which obviously is Victor Wembanyama. So if this goes the way my brain is thinking, the Thunder next year could have a potential starting 5 that looks like this: PG: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander SG: Josh Giddey SF: Lu Dort PF: Chet Holmgren C: Victor Wembanyama If this ACTUALLY happens (Which is a HUGE if), then I no doubt see OKC as the NBA’s next biggest Dynasty after Golden State, and that’s saying something fr.

If SGA, Dort & Giddey dont get injured they can reach playoffs, for 2 years when SGA isn't hurt the Thunder are more competive and are winning games they were over 500. While Dort is the one that keeps OKC's Defense in shape, they were top 5-7 in defensive rating in the league when he isn't injured. Josh is impacts the teams ball movement and playmaking drastically they score a ton when he's on the floot faciliting in result him having a positive win share. If Tre also keeps up with them and do what he did last year but better also improved, Mann has a chance to win 6MOT, along with Bazley and the other young guns of rookies they have it will be fun watching tem contend this year even tho they dont have one of their core/main pieces in Chet Holmgren. He was the game changer they needed defensively & offensively, it opens up a lot more possibility for them but hey we might see a redemption arc from Bazley since he'll get more minutes, Darius hunting for that MIP. Even Poku and their blue chip talent in Jalen with him having more opportunity to worth with I can see Williams being a dark house contender for ROTY.

Thunder no longer have the leverage of picks now. Spurs, Utah, Houston all have decent amount of picks and incentive to tank for #1. OKC will acquire another top 5 pick and consolidate picks for some talent. Next season the competing starts

Im actually suprised that you didnt just take the PF in gregory or Jarace, cause from your number distrubition you definitely didnt have some at pf all year who actually plays that position nor did you adjust them to play PF, hope you take one with 18 or 20 at least

You could make a trade to get a position you need example wendall carter Jr for the three pick probably is something Orlando would do. Or Sign someone in the offseason for your missng positions, but just have fun man and relax
As a Warrior fan, I would make a trade with OKC for Darius Bazley, and Aleksej Pokusevski, but not for a 2027 first rd Pick but rather a 2024 first rd Pick and JaMychael Green

Poku was only 20 years old and yet you're playing old heads like favors? The realistic rebuild would have been to let all the youngs play and trade for the 1st overall pic. Get Vic and then start working on the surrounding pieces.
An idea for rebuilds like this where a player is hurt, give them that injury so you don’t have a mad player on your hands the following year
