Velo Wines is located in the beautiful Tamar Valley in the north of Tasmania at the southern end of Australia.
In 2001, Michael Wilson, a former Olympic athlete and international Road bicycle racing athlete, bought a historic garden in Legana, which is now the Villa. In fact, the winery has a long history of grape cultivation. The first Viticulture started in 1966, and the grape picking and final bottling were completed manually. The winery carefully selects classic French varieties that are suitable for the climate characteristics of the Tasmanian region for cultivation. At the harvest season, the winery uses manual harvesting and then uses a gentle basket pressing method for pressing.
Villo Winery focuses on transforming mature grapes into perfect wines through exquisite brewing techniques. The wine produced by the winery is mainly divided into Velo Range and Reserve Range. The Velo Range is Australia's landmark Cabernet Sauvignon Sauvignon - Shiraz blend wine. The wine has compact tannins, strong sense of structure, and considerable color aging potential. This series also includes everlasting longing for each other, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and sparkling wine. Collection includes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Collection Wine
