after learning this method, I finally realized how ridiculous it was that I didn't spend time going one level deeper for user segments in my past interviews since I learned framework from other resources on the web where they told me to give the user segments quickly and always go with the largest user group. Instead, I should spend time getting into the mindsets of different users and empathize with their pain, and this will make me shine during the interview setting. I will rewatch this over and over so it can come naturally to me

Agree this is a great video. I feel that the term “interesting” is a bit of a cop out, because it’s so vague, but I’m picking up what you’re putting down. Interviews are weird.
