Hello! Nice tutorial. Can you use vinyl to make this bag or is it best suited for fabric? If vinyl wouldn't be a good option for this bag, does POP have a top zipper bag pattern that you can use vinyl on? Thank you!
Top zips are not recommended for vinyl. Any bag with a front zipper is best.

What brand of scissors are those?
These scissors are really big, really sharp and heavy duty. I completely love them and am going to buy a 2nd pair. My husband bought them for me because I have bad arthritis in my thumb joint from an injury and thought these would help.
