Something I found in a VHS tape from a thrift store (Read Description)

UPDATE: Emerald found out that the video this tape was using is a "Dark Simpsons" video, specifically a series of videos called "Homer Can't Let Her Go". I'd like to thank him for helping me find a sort of source for this video.

I don't usually post something like this but I was told by one of my friends to share it.
I get my VHS tapes from my local thrift store and then wipe the tape once I checked if there's anything in it so I can put my stuff on it. I recently got a haul of old stuff including some VHS tapes. This one stood out as this was in more bad condition than the other tapes I had.
The tape was really wrinkled, it was almost beat up. It's less damaged in later parts of the tape and plays much more better. The VCR wasn't playing the tape well, it was losing tracking a lot and in some occasions, it only plays for a few seconds and then the VCR turns itself off.
This is the best capture I was able to get of this tape, I really got lucky in getting the full recording without the VCR giving up.
The Simpsons inside that tape is weird, it has a darker topic than usual. I've not watched the Simpsons in a long while, I think it does do dark episodes from time to time but I've never seen The Simpsons go in this direction of dark. I shared this footage to a few of my friends and some wasn't able to make heads or tails of what kind of episode or parody this is.
There was one friend that had a suspicion that the episode inside that tape is fake as he recognised that some scenes were from The Simpsons Movie. He came to the conclusion that it was some sort of prank done by whoever made the tape. I do agree with him as there was some scenes that didn't match with each other in the art style.
I haven't able to identify some stuff on this tape yet but if you know what the episode this is or you know what the original video in the tape is, please let me know.
