He's basically a discount TNO Goering (expect fir the motivation part, as Gobbles have an actual ideological reason to try and conquer the world, as he's a batshit insane hardcore Nazi, while Goering is a backstabbing opportunist who doesn't actually care about ideology and just wants more money, power and glory fir himself). You can also play Himmler in this more for the most wholesome playthrough, as he builds an utopia similar to the one found in the happy and motiventional book 1984
