Today I’m sharing with you my first impression review of the new Dior Summer 2024 makeup collection. This year Dior makeup created two beautiful limited edition 5 color eyeshadow palettes in 333 Coral Flame and 933 Pastel Glow. I also purchased two of the enw Dior Addict shine lipsticks in Rose Bonheur and Nude Mitzah. I this video I will show you closeups and swatches of the new Dior summer 2024 makeup collection and I will show you a demo on my face.

This collection’s lilac lip maximizer is a disappointment. It doesn’t turn into any pinker or lilac hue. It looks like a pale opaque milky-whitish lipgloss.
hi, coral flame is on my wishlist, i like how the color you used on the eyelid makes your beautiful eyes pop, it’s a beautifiying and elegant color
thank you Angela for your honest review, very much appreciated :), you're right, the colours on the model's eyes in the promo are photoshoped. Although I love their promos, they always do an excellent job when it comes to Summer Collection, it doesn't feel right to mislead people like that....they should stop doing it, we are not stupid and we gonna obviously talk about it..

I don't know what is it about your reviews and what is your secret :) but you always seem to translate the shadow's uniqueness the best, they just look different when you show them. It's almost like you were able to extract the essence of them. I see them now in a 'different light' :) maybe the light where you live in is truly different haha...
Anyway, you look gorgeous and they suits you beautifully. So glad that I ordered both of them :)

Thanks for the video! Super helpful. I think coral flame actually reminds me of Parure venetienne without the mint color.
That mint green is really white with a greenish ("nickel" or cold) flecks. The overall impression is an almost champagne color with greenish sheen.
Thank you for showing the pallets outdoors in this video and on Instagram. It makes a huge difference in how accurately we can view the true colors.
Thank you for all the wonderful information! Had that mint green been a silver, I would have snapped that eyeshadow up so fast. Oh well, saved me some money and I like that, too. You always look so beautiful!

Fantastic review Angela, thank you. Dior need to be more consistent with their eyeshadow palettes. At their prices the formula should be perfect! I can't wait to see the new Chanel eyeshadows (green 💚) in May. Have a lovely evening xx

Hi Angela! Both Dior eye shadows are beautiful. I love the yellow, and mint green goes beautifully with your lovely blue eyes. I liked the coral eye shadow on your cheek. I preferred it to the Rare Beauty blush. Currently, I have been experimenting with Revlon Colorstay Creme eyeshadow in Cherry Blossom (#745) on my cheeks as blush.

Both eye palettes look wonderful on you. I prefer other blushes with less shine than the Rare beauty. A more subtle blush could maybe let the eyeshadows be the star of the makeup. I always enjoy your opinions!
Im debating on the lilac pallet , i should have bought it a few days ago in the Nordstrom sale went to buy it the next day when i decided and it wasnt onsale anymore . The more i look at it the more i like it . I like the lilac and mint right off it was the other shades i wasnt sure about . I saw your video using that and the blush and it looked beautiful on you but idk if i would love that shade on my med tan warm skintone.
The new Dior summer collection looks so gorgeous on you, Angela! I love the review, too. I have bought the mint nail polish and the new tone up cushion in the violet shade from this collection. I heard that the tone up cushion is an Asian exclusive. I love both of the eye shadow palettes, but the mint shade was not mint like it was on the promos. Hi Virginia, as far as I know it will be permanent because they have it as a refill too. :) The lilac one (I still can't get this one) is the only one that is announced as limited. This is the information that I have from my Dior retailer. xoxo

Hi Anna and welcome to my channel! ❤️ Sierra always brightens my day. She is such a lovely person :) I liked the eyeshadows in the Dior Christmas clutch. The formula was more powdery compared to the new eyeshadow palettes now. I think I prefer the formula of the new eyeshadows. Overall, I used to love Dior makeup in the past. Now I still love it, there are some excellent products. But lately the main issue with their makeup is the lack of consistency with the formula of the powders. They always come out with something different and the quality is not consistent. Sometimes their powders are good and sometimes they are not the best. This is what I have noticed since they decided to reformulate their whole makeup line in order to make it "clean". About the blushes in the clutch: I didn't use them as well. I thought I was going to use them a lot but I didn't. Same happened to the highlighter. Thank you so much for watching my video and have a wonderful day! ❤️

My car's repair took a lot longer than expected. Look at the photos on a bigger screen - maybe desktop or laptop to see better the differences. Chanel is a bit more brown compared to Dior. Hi Jacqui ❤️ Thank you so much for watching! I usually keep repurchasing Le Volume de Chanel. It has never irritated my eyes and they kept the same formula for many years. I also have sensitive eyes and this one is my favorite. Another one that I like is Guerlain's Noir G mascara but it contains the typical for Guerlain bee products so I don't know if you are sensitive to those. They can cause problems for some people.

I think the Pastel Glow 933 palette is very similar to the Chanel 68 Délices eyeshadow palette.
Gorgeous pallets however the colour for the cheeks is not great for our skin tone.❤

Nothing against you, but IMO those palettes are just "everyday" and nothing special for the price. It's a hard pass for me. I wanted those two pink palettes from winter? spring? Can't remember.
The eye shadow on the cheeks is a big no for me, looks to shimmery.
I had to try though lol I can never resist! :)
