The drumbeat also appeared at the beginning of the third remix of Was (Not Was)' song, "Out Come the Freaks," which appeared on their 1987/88 album, What Up, Dog?.

@@themirrorsofmymind That all checks out, but the "out come the freaks" song is nowhere near as blatant as "Look my way". It's only the drum beat which is used, but the song as a whole sounds fairly unique. Look my way is basically Rocksteady note for note, and instrument for instrument.
