One of the methods I learned over 20 years ago from Charles Staley was Escalating Density Training and it's great for building muscle and training capacity. Over the decades we've used it in so many ways and implement it into many of our programs.
I share how to implement it into your minimal equipment workout to be able to build muscle, capacity, and improve body composition with a simple progression model.
You can also find density training as part of my complete 8 week program - 8 Weeks To A Healthier You, that helps you improve your mobility, strength, improve body composition, as well as conditioning, which is all organized in a done for you follow step-by-step program.
All you need is a kettlebell(s)/dumbell(s) and your bodyweight.
You can find out more about it here:

Been reading about HIT. Makes sense but this seems like more fun. I'm in.

Nice twist to EDT. My question is how are you figuring what rep range to start at? I know in the original EDT design it is 5 reps. Thank you 🙏
