Some people pause the videos too much during reactions and miss all the excellent transitions because of it, but I don’t think YOU overdo it. I’m sure most of us would rather you pause than have to 1) stay quiet and give no reaction or 2) talk over them singing. So pause all you want! Love your reactions so far!

The girls name is Kirstin Maldonado and to let you know what the other members names are is Mitch Grassi dark haired guy with the high voice, Matt Sallee is the deep voice (bass) guy, Scott Hoying is the blond guy and Kevin Olusola is the beatboxer, when you react to the older Pentatonix videos there will be a different bass guy called Avi Kaplan he left the group last year, he wanted to spend more time with his family, they tour a lot and Avi couldn't see his family as much and he's really close to his family, they all are but touring was to much for Avi so he left and they found Matt to be bass.
Lol, PTX fans are Pentaholics (Penta - holics). Also, it's Pentatonix without "The" in front of it. Matt is the Bass (deep voice) of the group. Great reaction. 😊
HEY~Don't change the way you react, that is one of the reasons I watch your videos. If the spirit moves you to pause, then pause and give us your reaction. You can always scroll back and start it a bit before the point you paused it. I know you have taken note of my request of the Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies cover by Pentatonix. The title sounds so sweet, the video is so dark, but delicious.

Lol! I love watching someone get so into them so fast. It cracks me up to watch your reactions because sometimes they’re so talented it still pisses me off SO MUCH and I’ve been a fan of them for like 5 years😂 It’s like they’re so talented that it doesn’t make sense and it just drives you freaking NUTS!!! So glad you’re enjoying them. I would suggest Evolution of Beyoncé or Imagine next. Also, Kevin (the beat boxer) has his own channel and does AMAZING stuff! It was so AWESOME to see someone who appreciated the bass in the group! Matt has been working with Pentatonix for about a year, and an official member since the beginning of 2018. He is there because a beloved Original Member chose to leave the non-stop work this group does behind for a slower lifestyle near friends and family. He has a new group and he is much happier.
Alot of fans are having a hard time reconciling the loss of Avi Kaplan and Matt Sallee still seems to be going through a battle for acceptance with many of the CZcams fandom. Not so on Twitter and Instagram. He's got the best energy I've seen and I'd love to be around someone so positive , humble, joyful and genuinely nice! He's really re-lit a fire under the 4 Original Members and I love seeing and hearing the overall improvement in the group's live performances! They've stepped it up! And Matt can dance! He passed it on to the group and they're using full choreography during live performances.. and I don't mean "boy band" fare.
After all the comments in reactors & Pentatonix's feed for new videos that I'm still seeing of "I miss Avi!!", and when someone compliments Matt there'll be a "have you heard Avi?".. I have seen reactors buckle and start saying they miss Avi.
I am glad to hear that you noticed Matt's talent! He is a totally different style bass from Avi, but they both have their own skillsets and talents. Avi is a booming, deep, break the sound system bass. It is mind blowing! But Matt is a good bass, he can beatbox, and sings beautifully in his upper register and sets the stage on fire! I'm grateful that they found him after Avi left. He's been able to learn how Pentatonix does their thing and it is a good thing!
Other groups have fallen apart after losing a member.

Yep we are called Pentaholics, like alcoholics but instead of alcohol we're addicted to Pentatonix. And here are the names of all of the people in the group since you seem to be new:
Guy with the "supervillain" voice that sounds good: Matt Sallee (the current bass of the group, they once had a different bass named Avi Kaplan who you'll see if you watch some of their older videos)
Guy next to him making the beats: Kevin Olusola (mainly does beatboxing but can also play cello and sing sometimes)
The "babygirl" you were wondering about: Kirstin Maldonado (pretty sure she's like a mezzo-soprano voice)
