  • Feel free to use whatever veggies you like. We used carrots, celery, garlic, red onion, parsley, oregano, thyme, 2 bay leaves, salt, and whole peppercorns. We simmered about 28 hours. The canning process is 10ths of pressure for 25 minutes.

That's the way i do it. But i use new seals every time. that's just me. A lot of people reuse seals.. That looked like some good broth..

I like it. I'd add a bay leaf, but otherwise, PERFECT.

I generally do add two bay leaves to ours, I totally forgot to mention that in the video lol

Canning isn't a big thing here in the UK, but that's pretty much the same recipe I use except I freeze mine instead of Canning
    Thanks for sharing 👍🏻

    "Especially if it's a vegetable I haven't grown."
I wish I didn't have to rely on the pesticide plants in the stores.
    It's killing us!

So after the jars leave the pressure cooker, do they get refrigerated or are they good for dry storage?

Feeding the chickens with chicken. I guess they are cannibalistic. Reusing the lids I agree with. If you vinegar bath or clean them, nothing wrong there. It will be the people that never have done this that complain the most anyway. I love homemade chicken stock. Better than using the bullions etc.

No Salt. No Pepper. Stock is an ingredient, just like salt and pepper.
I have 7 different flavors of Stock. I watch many videos and pick the way most people recommend. I did the same thing when I was roped into buying a coffee shop. See my Latte Art as my icon? Isn't that just a Peach?
