from my experience,Gemmans hatred for jagapee was him writting his statement at the police station before him ( Gemmans).. the stament was basically two different story,which Gemmans thought jagapee shld have waited for him and his lawyer to have come to the station before any statement was written !!! both shld find a place in their heart and forgive one another. after all,at the end,they both got their head to chop inside !!!
G-man is just pieved that Jagger Pee never went to visit him after he G-man set the appeal process in motion which resulted in Jagger Pee being released. I feel G-man feels the least Jagger Pee could've done was to pay him visits in prison.
