Have you ever tried wide Cotten shoelaces for the strings?
They wind up and rewind really well. It’s easy to keep the tension on the strings well you rotate the orbital in a circle making it easier to keep to keep the orbital spinning at high revolutions at the same time forming really complex flowers.
I tried the thin line strings before and I wasn’t able to get the complex patterns that the shoelaces produced also those thin line strings didn’t wind up as good as the shoelaces.
I was surprised because I thought they were going to work better but the shoelace strings out performed the thin line strings.
Who woulda thought right?
I never thought of that. I need to try that with my new orbit I blew this one up I’ve been through 4 of these. 😂

The orbit x3 is better than the Zero orbit in my opinion
