One of the most influential voices in comedy, Jerrod Carmichael is set to host the 80th Annual Golden Globe® Awards.
The three-hour telecast serves as the official kickoff to the 2023 awards season and will air live coast-to-coast on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT from The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, on NBC and Peacock.
The Golden Globe Awards is one of the biggest nights on the calendar for live viewing. It's also one of the few awards shows that combines the honorees of both film and television.

I remember watching Everything Everywhere and feeling really happy after. Something had resonated spiritually and opened up my heart. Then later that year I watched Banshees of Inisherin, and I thought "How the F*** do you write something THAT good??" I couldn't get enough of it, and it reminded me why I love watching movies. Congratulations to Martin McDonagh, what an inspiration!

The Banshees of Inisherin is the the best screenplay of all won by Martin McDonagh. who told the press what? Teddy The Donkey, Teddy The Bear or Teddy Dog. They'll tell us which one. Also for Jenny Myers who was about to be nominated for best actress, Colin Farrell of SNL Fame turned movie star after writing this film by McDonagh. It was Brendan Gleeson who been in the running and of course a pretty nuance who enjoy working on a project as characters seeing through the eyes of the country's best home ever......That movie is streaming either Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu or Peacock.......
Such a different movie. Loved it though. Something about Colin and Brendan together.... plus Barry was outstanding.
Uploading these without the actual announcement of the winner is a huge mistake, an important part of the moment.
