- We visited Dils Cemetery, in Pikeville, Kentucky, and the grave of Ran'l, Sally and Roseanna McCoy. Randall "Ran'l" McCoy is the leader of the McCoy Clan in the famous, Hatfield and McCoy Feud. After the New Years Day attack on his home in 1888, he had moved to Pikeville, operated a ferry across the Big Sandy River.

Haha, most wild stories in history have a woman as the motivating factor.
Nice Job. I'd like to check it out one day.
It’s easy to find if you are in Pikeville.

Well thanks! We hope to do a bigger and better series of these soon. This was an early one, and they have gotten a lot better.

@@wendyrferrell1589 Wow! That is something to crow about for sure! I would!
Is there an actual marker for Benji the Native American who went through the area? Also, my family is related to the Red Fox, aka Marshall Benton Taylor... so something on him would be awesome. Love the series, it's bringing me through our families territory, which stretched from Wise Co. to Eastern, KY.
I'm not sure about that but I'll have to check it out!
Randolph is the only Confederate buried in that cemetery
