im going to say it. ryan reynolds as deadpool, this movie, and the entire marketing for it, have made this a candidate for the greatest, and most faithful comic book adaptation of all time.
Just finished watching it, I honestly thought it wasn't going to be that great but goddamn Ryan nailed it. I'd watch it again and again and again.
+Ignacio Varga I agree, they kept a lot of the true stuff, had to cut some characters and details cause of their budget getting cut but with it making all this money I bet the sequel will have even more comic stuff in it. There is a big list of all the cool shit they cut out or couldn't do due to budget. The budget even affected the big major action scene at the end and is a reason why a certain thing happened leading into the fight which I won't spoil in case people haven't seen it but see my comment. So even with all the cuts and changes imagine a sequel where they give them whatever money they want to keep to their vision.

Everyone should see the film WAITING. The film may be thin on plot but it is funny and Ryan Reynolds displays his talents as a comic actor. He's exceptional in it. In fact, if anyone else played the role he played it would not have been as good. My favorite line from Reynolds was when he says to Anna Faris's character "I was inside you." The way Reynolds delivered the line was peerless. Go see WAITING!!!.

Deadpool's walking down an alley way, guy holds him up with a red beanie and ski mask on... deadpool stops asks him how good he is with a sword, and that the colour red really suits him. Deadbroke becomes his side kick. Deadbroke is his Hypeman for literally 10 seconds and instantly dies.

As far as the "nasty" and "sexual" comment goes..... Watchman has been out for a while now. I'm not trying to start a debate or anything. Deadpool is easily one of the most sexual heros out there. All I'm saying is... back when I saw Watchmen I was surprised by the graphic violence, excessive swearing, sex scenes, philosophical ideas, ties to actual history and just the overall darkness of it. I didn't know anything about Watchmen. Honestly I thought it was going to be an Advengers type of movie.... and boy was I wrong.... but I was delighted by the type of movie that it was. And I enjoyed Deadpool for very similar reasons although the movies are very different
