Whats up im from oaxaca
I have never been to Mexico in my life, but it sounds like Oaxaca City can be in the list of favorite places/countries/districts, and it makes me remember of Disney Pixar’s Coco.
Also, you really like this place already.
I'm here
I literally just came from Oaxaca a week ago!! I am doing a few vlogs in Istanbul at the moment!! Love your vlogs!!
thank you! and enjoy Istanbul!
Oaxaca according to some people is already having a gentrification problem because of foreigners hiking the prices, making it harder for the locals.
Cómo les gusta quejarse de todo.
Why don't you complain about the economic spill that foreigners make?
@@miguelcervantes5531 only a few people get a share of that spill my friend, only those who have businesses, also many foreigners have opened shop there, with little to no benefit to the local population. Who wouldn’t complain about their money buying less and less every time? Even rich countries complain about their money no going as far.
@@miguelcervantes5531 porque es verdad, el gobierno mexicano debería apoyar a la gente local, lo mismo pasa en Tulum , el salario mínimo no alcanza para comer por los precios tan elevados ..
That’s called life
@@miguelcervantes5531 el dinero que dices que dejan solo es para unos cuantos (dueños), no para los trabajadores
I enjoy your positive vibe! the fact you share these videos make me want to explore MExico! and apreciate it more, great video!
so glad to hear that! ❤️
Oaxaca city is so colourful and beautiful 😍💕 loved the vlog!💕
thank you!
Kaja - Thank you for Oaxaca City - I spent a few weeks in Oaxaca State driving through from Huatulco to Tamazulapan - it was perfect weather and interesting - visited the mom of a good friend. Oaxaca is economical and some towns are more remote and primitive in infrastructure, but the people were amazing. Thanks for your interesting perspectives.
It’s so beautiful walking tour, footage very nice, thumbs up. Have a nice week.
Thank you! You too!
The coast of Oaxaca is beautiful too!! Puerto Escondido and Huatulco ♥️
yess I loved Puerto Escondido!
Hey! this was the video that made me decide to go to Oaxaca, and I'm here now! rewatching for tips. cheers for the recommendation, it is very lovely here.
Hope you enjoy it!
Visit the archeological sites such as Montealban and Mitla or zaachila which is famous por its icecream and its gastronomic market. This places are very close to center of Oaxaca
Oh i miss it! But so happy about your vlog i will share it cause it's honestly an accurate image as I have being a traveler myself, Oaxaca is special 🫀

I love this video. You look so cheerful and happy. I've been to Oaxaca and I had the same impression that you did. Beautiful place to visit.

Beautiful place !! And nice people!!!
Love it!

Thanks for sharing all of your experiences in Oaxaca City, you hear very little about the city and I am in Texas. It's beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing even after not having your camera, lol.
😊🙏🏼
Okay, you convinced me to visit Oaxaca and Mexico in general.
Love your videos.👍
I appreciate that!
about the safety, I go to Mexico almost two or once a Yr, and so far Thank God nothing happened or got robbed using my phone or GoPro to film, but of course always be alert but, here in the States I got robbed 3 time.. Mexico 0 but yes Mexico is Beautiful and its has little bit of each Country in one. "como Mexico no hay dos"
Ok, I'm more nervous about going to cities in the US than Mexico. Lots of random shootings here in the states.
Never you go.
Parras is another magical town in the state of Coahuila, Mexico.
Best regard.

Hello Kaja, super video. Hope you are fine. How do you finance all your journeys? Are you self employed? What do you do exactly? Thanks
I work as a TikTok creator for an e-commerce :)
If you love mountains and beautiful views, come visit Asheville, NC.
Saludos desde Oaxaca 🇲🇽
I'm living in Oaxaca and stumbled across your channel - you crack me up! I read your book and it' was hilarious. I lived in southern China for six months and everything you said was so relatable - I was dying. Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much! :)
I love my grandpa's home there 😊

Hi! This is unrelated but where did you get your bag from? It’s so cute!!

Which hostel did you stayed at?
I went to Oaxaca 10 years ago with my grandparents, would love to go back, I don't think I could do the bus ride to Monte Alban again 🤢
Nice city and quite safe. My favorite Mexican city is San Miguel de Allende. Stunning colonial architecture.
San Miguel is on my bucket-list!
Nice nice video
Wow 🌠👍like for this video
Thank you! Cheers!
Your phone may not be as great as your camera was, but to a "typical viewer" the quality of this video is great. So maybe it could be better somehow, but I couldn't imagine what is wrong with this phone version.
Very beautiful 🌺🌺
Thank you so much 😊
There's plenty of cities that look similar but different at the same time
love the dude at 3:14 photobombing while driving!
he was a prankster

@@KajaKubicka A new 4-lane highway is being built at the moment (to open next year) that will cut down the commuter time to about 3 hours, I believe.
Oaxaca is México's cultural capital
I hope you get a new camera. Amazon ships everywhere in Mexico. You can buy things from both Amazon Mexico and Amazon US. 🇲🇽😎
Oaxaca tiene plaza de la Tecnologia no?
Good video honey
Thank you 😋

Great memories of OAXACA CITY. The violence in Mexico has unfortunately tainted the entire country but there are some amazing places to discover. And the food.. I can almost taste it.
Mexican food is just life ;D
No, there are several Mexican cities safer than wherever you are right now
@@capacitacionyconsultoriaes6319 Oh, I know. It's just that the general public is only focused on the bad and they fail to realize it's not a generalized situation.
freaking this.... freaking that....
Im surprised you had a bad meal there

🤣😂 The driver at 3:10 is hilarious when she is walking and talking 😆 then drives away ...

What's your favortie place in Mexico??
Never been there but wish I could travel like you one day.
Guanajuato City is in another level, there's no city like that in the Americas
@@polypolinsky I agree. Not many knows about it but it's a true Gem.
Guanajuato, Querétaro and Taxco for colonial cities.
Huatulco, Puerto Escondido, Tulum, Nuevo Vallarta and La Paz for beaches.
Tajín, Chichen Itza, Palenque, Uxmal and Teotihuacán for archeological sites.
I'm mexican, by the way.
Hi, I am mexican and currently I am resident Canadian since 2020.
I agree with you when you say that México is safe, but obviously you need to be careful wherever you are.
I am sorry for my English, I'm learning English.
I hope you enjoy México in general.
😁👍
You have beautiful content, I don't how less people watch, thats unfair.. A piece of advice, collaborate with other content creators to gain followers and get more views..
thank you :)
I'm from Oax, and you must be cautious when you walking down and crossing streets because some drivers are crazy. Welcome to the poorest state of Mexico and land of handmade.
Sounds beautiful
México will change your opinion of Mexico
true ;)
My wife and I were just in Oaxaca for 6 days. I enjoyed all those things but in just wandering, we found ourselves by the river which smelled like we were beside a huge open sewer. I think we were. Then, we were walking along a street with a concrete median where there was a big pile of garbage. There was a guy adding his trash to it. He could have left it in the bag but instead emptied his trash from the bag and took off. I live in Mexico and love it but this was the most disgusting site I have seen.
Please repost legitimate complaints like this. After reading the comments from some fellow Mexican viewers here, there seems to be good consensus that the government prefers to listen to concerns that foreigners have over their own fellow Mexican citizens themselves. (Yes, the Mex government will not admit it, but YOU have more power to affect progress, make changes, and get things done than most of us ordinary Mexicans, so THANK YOU in advance for voicing your concerns for us--far too often it appears that depending on YOUR activism is or may be the ONLY way we prosper.)
It is pronounced Soh-Chee-Milk-Oh
I'm from Oaxaca and lemme tell you people it's as beautiful as this video showed it, however it is just like that in the tourist places where government forces the people to keep it apparently perfect in order to raise the visits but in fact the local people of this city like street vendors , vagabonds, poor population and others are treated less than mere objects. So yeah visit this city full of color, bright and kind people but do not only see what the the State and government institutions wants you to see. Little by little we can make a change so please also take a look on the other hand.
