I also agree on the cleaning your space advice. Whenever I clean my room I feel like my skin gets clear, my wallet get full, and my problems are solved LMFAOOO. But on a serious note, a clean space makes me organize my thoughts to prepare to do better in the next week.

I have no clue what you’re going thru with the knee pain but I’ve been through that and I will say a trainer taught me like 3 exercises to build my leg muscles up a bit and it does alleviate most of the pain. Hope this helps ❤

Random but biofreeze is something you could use with or without the knee brace. 100 pure peppermint oil mixed with an olive or grape seed oil would also do the same, it’s a temp cooling effect for the pain
To help loosen the braids at the top, wear a shower cap in the shower and stand under warm/hot water. You can save the curls.
