Hi Lisa! A tip for your RDL form: It’s a hinge movement so think more about folding yourself over at the hips instead of trying to set the barbell down. You’re doing more of a squat since you’re bending your legs and then getting back up but you want to do is stretch your hamstrings. I hope that makes sense and helps! ❤

I’m at 29:51 and it’s so wild to hear you say everything you’re sharing bc at your age I expected myself to be where you’re at/have what you have (independence at that level) but my health was affected and I spent time with the wrong people (men/friends/boys/family). They weren’t in alignment with my betterment and growth. I went through a body/physical healing journey and I have to say it positively affected my mental health. Eating more holistic and Alkaline foods and intuitive eating , drinking alkaline tea and taking herbs (the find guru on yt talks about them if you want an intro to it) all of that played a huge role in my healing. Plant / holistic medicine as a whole to regulate hormones and moods, things like gelatinized maca root power and ginger root tea and so many other things I learned through research helped me a lot. Naturopathic and holistic doctors are something worth looking into as well. Healing your gut as well. It’s worth it to start now bc it definitely helps your physical and mental. I wish someone would’ve told me that sooner. It was like when I had the knowledge I didn’t have the finances to invest in my healing and when finances came through I didn’t have the time or stability to focus on maintaining that. You seem to have the stability and finances and family support if you were to start that type of journey so I just wanted to share that with you. Maybe it can inspire you to look into it some more and can help xx
i think living in a warmer country would benefit you so much! i live in brazil (são paulo, 10 biggest city in the world) so its sunny most of the days and even when we are having a shitty day we smile, i think thats why brasilians are so warming and welcome. my ex is from germany and he got a permit to live here bc he hates the weather there!!! he feels when he is in warmer enviroment everyday is a good day, and bc of this i started enjoying here more and more (i was going to live in ireland in 2020 and bc of everything i gave up and it was the best decision ever for me). hope you follow your heart. everything will work out

Panic attacks are horrible I experienced it for the first time almost 2 years ago and God had to deliver me from that. It’s the worst feeling ever I can’t even explain it, it’s like a feeling of terror and it’s extreme so blessings and strength to you for even having to go through that.
This was such a great vlog. It's beautiful seeing you go through the process and growing and acknowledging that there isn't just one end goal-growth occurs in waves and your end goal might change as you grow as well!! I loved when you spoke about getting to the root cause of your desires and figuring out that new does not always mean better. Keep going! It will always get better.

I feel like things starting making sense for me in my late 20s like 28 and boom everything starting making sense and looking back on my early twenties I realized it’s a long learning curve. It’s impossible to not put pressure on yourself during this time but you’ll look back and it’ll all make sense

I found out I had adhd and dyslexia at 25 in civic and it’s given me soooo much clarity. I am now making positive reinforcements in my life to balance my life

i got the notification as i was on shift and literally ran home, did my night routine nd rolled a jay with a hot brew of tea to go with the weekly vlog! love love that you are doing shadow work, i did mine during covid and it literally changed my whole perception of my family especially my dad as or relationships sucked loool but after all the work i realised i was still that lil girl that wanted affirmation but i realised i'm an adult and don't need it!
