Drying Out A Flooded Home From A Water Tank Leak

Clients water tank leaked and flooded the bedroom, bathroom, utility room and parts of the kitchen. Unfortunately, they waited over a week to call anyone, and we had to rip out some of the flooring, and all of the carpet in the bedroom. We did dry everything out in 2 days, and we prevented mold from growing in the home. If you ever get water in your home call someone within 24 - 48 hours and we can usually save everything. After that window, mold starts to grow, and things start to rot and fester. Then we have to start tearing things out.
