- Allen Iverson debut with Besiktas in Turkish League (TBF) against Fenerbahçe Ulker. Iverson played in Istanbul one month before his retired with 35 years old. First domestic league game was against Fenerbahçe Ulker (67-74).
Fedor Likholitov and Mire Chatman were unstoppable this season.

He was just going through the motions. Allen is one of the best to ever do it . I watched him all my life . He wasn’t going hard . At this stage he was just playing for a check. He probably hated it over there and he played like it .He got paid to play a game don’t feel bad he’s rich been rich he don’t care about this game trust me .
So a 20 million guy accepting to play for a 2 million check just for the money? He would not do that. He explained himself that he came to Turkey for the love of playing basketball. A man of his caliber does not play only for money, but for the game itself. That's how you become the very best. Everybody loves money, but if not have the heart and passion for the job, they cannot be the best. Iverson would not stain his reputation by not doing the best anywhere he plays.

We're talking about COUNTRIES BASKETBALL TEAM. The best leagues are Turkish and Spanish Leagues. Greeks only have Olympiakos and panathinaikos as a good team (not good now)
