Most items I bought were by the “bushel” so one box of green beans is like 1/2 bushel. That would bid between $5-15 a box. Canner tomatoes could for for $3-$20 for a 20 lb box. It varies from day to day and they will give you a report from the previous day to compare. You can bid whatever you’re willing to pay.
I've never heard of an Amish produce auction. Will have to see whether they have them here in the Northeast! TFS 🎉

That particular day I probably spent around $200, she spent around $250 and between my friend and I my entire truck bed was full and my backseat!
