@@samuelcalderwood1379 I don't believe the Seventh Day Adventist Church was founded until 1863 therefore they could not have possibly have predicted Jesus return in 1844. you are referencing a man by the name of Miller which was a Baptist preacher and not a Seventh Day Adventist.

Sin separates us from Love because God [is] LOVE: He is like a refiners fire! Those that come to Christ Jesus, He will refine. those who don’t come to Him (in spirit and in truth) will ultimately burn with the sin desired to keep, sin held inside, as treasure. Have someone ever ask you these question for some Bible answer's. 1) Are we Earth in the universe of the light or universe of darkness ? 2) Who named Earth and what does it mean in what language ? 3) Who wrote the book of Revelation ? 4) Where are we at NOW in the timeline of the Bible ? 5) Is God the father judged by his vengeful ways, Or he is never judged because he is GOD ? 6) How many stages of Judgment day is there ( two ) only the father now that time, are we in the first stage of judgment day and doe's it end 2022 ?, 7) Does Armygeton start 2068 ? 8) How many years does the lava flow ? Or how does Earth get sterilized ? 9) Heaven raps around Earth first, then sits down on Earth, is the Sun that is above Earth going to set down on Earth one day ? What about the floating city, does it come before heaven raps around Earth and then set down on Earth ? Just some food for thought and maybe some sermon subjects to ponder.

The term 'jew' was only invented some two centuries back. It was never in the Bible. The people of Judea, such as JesusChrist, were 'Judeans', and thus, 'salvation is from the Judeans' was always the injunction, and the sign posted on top the Cross always read: 'JesusChrist ruler of the Judeans'. Everything else is a mistranslation. The Pharisaical class were TALMUDISTS, and were trained, as they are to this day, according to the Talmud, and NOT according to the books of Moses. Moses and the prophets, JesusChrist and His disciples were never 'jews'. Neither were they Talmudists.
While the SDA church condemns Christians who have worship services on Sunday, they freely use the infrastructure that powers, heats and broadcasts on the Sabbath, workers have to work on the Sabbath to maintain those services to the SDA Church.
Hi Charles, your statement is a bit out of context. The example Christ showed us is of him helping others and taking care of things that have to be done on sabbath was ok by him. Still have to eat, help the injured, rescue and animal from a pit. I know plenty of SDA that will take a shift at a hospital or be on emergency call out Teams or essential services - power etc. It's about not doing stuff that can be done at another time, laundry, cutting the lawn, watching tv, shopping. By honoring the sabbath day as God did from the beginning of time we acknowledge that God is the creator of the world. I'm sorry if you feel condemned, as the intent is only to highlight what God has ask.
@@definededser The Sabbath was not instituted until it was given to Moses, it then became law, and it is the 4th law of the 10 Commandments you are referring to I take when you mean keeping the Sabbath. The law is quite clear, no work is to be done and all commerce was to stop from sunset Sabbath eve, the gates of the city had to be shut until Sabbath ended. Not even such a task as gathering a few sticks of wood was allowed. But you still allow your investments to earn interest over the sabbath, you still allow rental income on your investment properties over the Sabbath, you are only following those parts of the Sabbath that suits you. Do you donate your wages when you get called on the Sabbath, do you work for free on the Sabbath, I wonder sometimes how sincere you folk are.

@@Charles-wq1uh Hi Charles, Jesus faced the same questioning from the pharisees. He was accused of breaking the law I'd say every sabbath. Exodus 2 says in 6 days God made the heavens and the earth and rested on the 7th. And Revalations 22 blessed are they that do the commandments that they may have right to the tree of life. From beginning to the end. God chose to bring the Israelites out of Egypt to reestablish a group of people that reflected his standards. The guy picking up fire wood, we need big picture understanding. There's alot that's happened before this moment, the miracles he saw and benefited from, the journey out of Egypt, crossing the red sea, water from rocks, manna delivered, the cloud that followed them day for shade and night for heat and light etc. God then gives the 10 commandments which is a story all on it's own. Then this guy has a bad day a bit of a dummy spit and decides he going to show God what he really thinks of his law. So he's the first one who outwardly and deliberately had a go at God and the 10 commandments (after they were given) after everything that he had witnessed. Yes I think God took the hard line, (he is our creator his call, death is the price for sin) but any king or pharaoh would have done the same thing in those times and the Israelites didn't seem to have a problem with chucking the stones at him. I'm in no place to throw stones. If this guy had a change of heart and with Gods grace we may see him in heaven just like the guy on the cross beside Jesus. Jesus gave statutes without condemning us, sda are a group of people each with their own mind and ideas just as you would identify to a group of people. We will never all agree or think the same this side of heaven. And never portray God the best ways possible. The bible has nearly played to the end of its timeline and the cosmic work week is nearly finished and I'm awaiting the rest. Only if your interested I recommend a talk given by Walter Veith " The Meaning of Rest / Darkness Before Dawn" youtube video not to change any of your thoughts or condem any one, your free to choose it's just information. I personal watch lots of you tube talks from all walks - Kent hovind has some great theories on creation and the flood don't agree with every thing he presents just makes me think outside the box. @@katmossa3503The Sabbath was not instituted at creation it became Law only when Moses received the 10 Commandments from God on Mt Sinai. The Sabbath was given to the Jews only. "And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day. (Deuteronomy 5:15 [KJVPCE]) For NT Christians the Sabbath has been fulfilled by Christ, He alone fulfilled all the Law, no SDA can keep the Sabbath holy, you can worship God on the Sabbath, but only Christ kept it perfectly, that is why we rest in Christ, He is our Sabbath rest, that is clearly written in Hebrews. "For if Joshua had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day." (Hebrews 4:8 ) SDA's do work on the Sabbath, they have investments in banks and property that earn interest on the Sabbath which is a clear violation of the Law of the Sabbath.

Teams or essential services - power etc. It's about not doing stuff that can be done at another time, laundry, cutting the lawn, watching tv, shopping. By honoring the sabbath day as God did from the beginning of time we acknowledge that God is the creator of the world. I'm sorry if you feel condemned, as the intent is only to highlight what God has ask.
@@definededser The Sabbath was not instituted until it was given to Moses, it then became law, and it is the 4th law of the 10 Commandments you are referring to I take when you mean keeping the Sabbath. The law is quite clear, no work is to be done and all commerce was to stop from sunset Sabbath eve, the gates of the city had to be shut until Sabbath ended. Not even such a task as gathering a few sticks of wood was allowed. But you still allow your investments to earn interest over the sabbath, you still allow rental income on your investment properties over the Sabbath, you are only following those parts of the Sabbath that suits you. Do you donate your wages when you get called on the Sabbath, do you work for free on the Sabbath, I wonder sometimes how sincere you folk are.
@@Charles-wq1uh The sabbath was instituted at creation and we don’t do business over the sabbath. The only money collected on the sabbath is tithes and offering which is Gods.
@@Charles-wq1uh Hi Charles, Jesus faced the same questioning from the pharisees. He was accused of breaking the law I'd say every sabbath. Exodus 2 says in 6 days God made the heavens and the earth and rested on the 7th. And Revalations 22 blessed are they that do the commandments that they may have right to the tree of life. From beginning to the end.
God chose to bring the Israelites out of Egypt to reestablish a group of people that reflected his standards. The guy picking up fire wood, we need big picture understanding. There's alot that's happened before this moment, the miracles he saw and benefited from, the journey out of Egypt, crossing the red sea, water from rocks, manna delivered, the cloud that followed them day for shade and night for heat and light etc. God then gives the 10 commandments which is a story all on it's own. Then this guy has a bad day a bit of a dummy spit and decides he going to show God what he really thinks of his law. So he's the first one who outwardly and deliberately had a go at God and the 10 commandments (after they were given) after everything that he had witnessed. Yes I think God took the hard line, (he is our creator his call, death is the price for sin) but any king or pharaoh would have done the same thing in those times and the Israelites didn't seem to have a problem with chucking the stones at him. I'm in no place to throw stones. If this guy had a change of heart and with Gods grace we may see him in heaven just like the guy on the cross beside Jesus.
Jesus gave statutes without condemning us, sda are a group of people each with their own mind and ideas just as you would identify to a group of people. We will never all agree or think the same this side of heaven. And never portray God the best ways possible. The bible has nearly played to the end of its timeline and the cosmic work week is nearly finished and I'm awaiting the rest.

@@katmossa3503The Sabbath was not instituted at creation it became Law only when Moses received the 10 Commandments from God on Mt Sinai. The Sabbath was given to the Jews only.
"And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day. (Deuteronomy 5:15 [KJVPCE])
For NT Christians the Sabbath has been fulfilled by Christ, He alone fulfilled all the Law, no SDA can keep the Sabbath holy, you can worship God on the Sabbath, but only Christ kept it perfectly, that is why we rest in Christ, He is our Sabbath rest, that is clearly written in Hebrews.
"For if Joshua had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day." (Hebrews 4:8 )
SDA's do work on the Sabbath, they have investments in banks and property that earn interest on the Sabbath which is a clear violation of the Law of the Sabbath.
