Charizard won 6 of the last 7 major events:
Sao Paulo Regionals, Perth, Orlando Regionals, CL Aichi, RL Philipines, EUIC
Pre-rotation format was much healthier with tons of playable decks. It feels like the only competitive deckbuilding option these days is "Change 2 cards of Tord Zard". Playing anything else is a huge disadvantage.

Why not throw in a Regieleki or maybe a Team Yell's Cheer?

1. You need to manders, opp. Might have boss/prime catcher turn two.

Mist energy should have been attached to the zard that was evolved with rare candy to prevent devo, instead of the mileon because that melion can’t be devo. Or am I trolling?

My list has 1 turo 1 eri, 1 devo, 2 iono. Everything else is the same. Eri and devo help against chein pao. Imagine, eri to discard a rare candy and sup energy retrieval, and then devo the baxcalibar that they have in play.
