In that time, I can hardly get up from my bed, grab a drink from the fridge and go back to my bed...just as a reference

Doesn't f1 cars use v8 engines?
Today they are using V6 engines.. mercedes is using a 1.6 Liter V6 single turbo with 5.1 Bar,(75 PSI) producing 1050 hp
back in the old days they started with little NA V12s than V10s than V8s and today V6s's... its because of the weight and the capability of the engine.
But not an actual one. More like the old V10 and V8 engines...
If it has a tuned v10 then it would have the hi pitch sound of a f1 car.

Interestingly the last 10 cars or so were actually on par with the current fastest half mile vehicle the Underground Racing X Huracan from Drag965 the car did 0-260.45mph in 13.41seconds on a dusty runway at a few thousand feet above sea level.

The Shelby Monaco absolutely obliterated everything else in the 0-400 however the 400-0 was not so good. Give it the breaks of the ferrari 599 xx and it would have gotten i rekon 11 ish
