My man!! Take care of yourself brother. Health is wealth. Get the heart pumping and eat as close to the earth as you can. That soup you made loaded w sodium and gluten. Bad for the gut. I’m having all types of issues and got a functional medicine doctor who ran labs and all kinds of tests. I was a wreck but trying to heal. No late night eating. No more coffee. Cut out the booze and inflammatory foods and am feeling much better. Healing is possible. Food is medicine.
Yeah, trigger fingers are the worse! Feels like a broken finger! “I dunno” sounds like a typical Dr’s response. Before surgery Tac, look into physical thereapy exercises. They really helped me a lot and my trigger finger was out of control!

Had the same issue with trigger fingers, turns out I also had a Vitamin D deficiency and it was actually rickets. Try going heavy on the vitamin D3 for a bit and see if it doesn't help. I also removed all seed oils from my diet because they are so inflammatory. Hope it gets better soon.
medical care is crazy - My wife has worked for a medical lab for 33 years, and pays about $500 per month in premiums, I have to have my pacemaker replaced in a couple of months, and our cost will be around $6500 (There goes any vacation plans or casino trips for the year)

The doctor doesn't know what causes it or how to get healthy because they're financially incentivized to not know. If people ate paleo diet, doctors would be out of a job. Collagen is good for joint and tendon health. Bone broth has a lot of collagen. I think grains and seed oils are the main cause of health problems. I would do paleo diet and a cup of bone broth every morning. The body heals itself. You'd probably feel great in 2 months. Good luck.
