I have a patient of liver Mets from lung cancer (squamous type) of size 3.6cm * 3 cm single hypodense lesion over the 6/7segment of right lobe of liver who is unwilling for surgery
1) What is the size limitations for rfa
Is it less than 3cm only or can we extend rfa to less than 5 cm aswell ??
2) What is the best thermal ablation therapy in this patient rfa or microwave ablation or is there any other minimally invasive techniques for ablation??
