The first condo is great. Good counter space in kitchen. Way more storage than usual. Large fridge. Window in bathroom. I hope tgey gave you a mattress. Good find. Did you negotiate the price? Cheapest I see online is 15,000baht.
Yes, I bargained. They usually throw in a couple hundred dollars more.
