Corruption in every industry, over-reaching government, new taxes every week, big business in bed with the government, insurance companies running the country, the dairy cartel keeps the prices high while they force farmers to pour millions of litres of milk per week down the drain. Food prices have doubled if not tripled and people are still wondering why so many are leaving🙄. It's like living in an abusive relationship. Go where you are treated best, you don't owe any country anything.

Valuable information Andrew, thanks. The Netherlands and Canada have similar kind of demographic structure and political system. Also many of the problems are the same and root cause can be traced in politicians whom are so out of touch with the problems and challenges of common people. Too man politicians busy following their career paths rather than their hearts so they will never try and step on holy houses or outside the system / party line.

The first condo is great. Good counter space in kitchen. Way more storage than usual. Large fridge. Window in bathroom. I hope tgey gave you a mattress. Good find. Did you negotiate the price? Cheapest I see online is 15,000baht.
Yes, I bargained. They usually throw in a couple hundred dollars more.
Andrew can you give more info on the Last apartment ? ….Name/Location/Agent or should we look for our own on AGODA ? I subscribed as moving to Bangkok in 30 days
I don't remember where it was. I didn't write it down. If for more than 3 months, then realtors and Facebook groups. If less, then a better deal, airbnb and agoda.

@@andrewpie nah its completely safe, bears are only like once a month but I see deer out by my car or walking down the sidewalk everyday. As long as you drive safe around them and let them cross the road its safe
