This why we will not move forward in Nigeria,the position of senator president/chairman of the National assembly and even speaker should only be occupied by ranking senators who have stayed in the house for at least minimum of 2 full term of 8 years above,because they would have known all the rules of the house how to address sensitive issues and not allow the executive and party to chose leaders for the Assembly
