  • In this episode I'm doing the valve clearance on the Bullit Bluroc 125. This Chinese/Belgium motorcycle comes with a 125cc engine, which is a copy of the Suzuki GN 125 engine and it is used in quite a few Chinese motorcycles.
I got the valve clearance tolerances directly from Bullit, and they are as follows: - Intake 0.08mm - 0.10mm
    - Exhaust 0.08mm - 0.10mm
After doing the valve clearance the engine run much better and the engine stalling issue was resolved.

Thank you for making video. I'm going to try this on my Bullit Hero. That has the same problem😊

Did my Brixton 125 today after watching this as it kept stalling with clutch in and lacking power too. Set the exhaust valve to 0.1mm and it runs good now as well as not stalling 👍

I bought a bullit bluroc legend 125. It's a beautiful bike and looks amazing. Rides lovely too. Only problem is the gear change on the downshift isn't so great. Still, great bike for a first time rider and the price for such a head turner is well worth it.

I am a owner of a new Bluroc Legend with 1500 km.and have serious problems...no power (i climb hills in the 1.gear with 40 kmh.and the second gear has not power enough) and after every cold start the motor dies several times while running...the dealer has no solution and says it is a common problem with the controll electronics of this bike ,but the Bluroc company gives no support and doesent respond to inquiries.
Beautiful on the outside, but poor in the inside...I am very disappointed!!!

I have a Bullit Bluroc Legend 125 and the engine started to cut out after only one day from new. So I took it back to the dealer and he said it was the coil pack that was faulty. He replaced it under the guarantee and its been great ever since.

Fuel economy. Sounds like it could be down to the valve clearance, maybe a bad carburettor

I’m having to do repair work on mine after some prick tried to steal it! Might tape you up for some advice if that’s cool mate!
The fuel eco gets better by a lot when it’s broken in. Can’t say I’m having the cut out issue yet thankfully.

Of course! If you get bogged down with something just ask, I'm happy to help.

Sounds like you need to change the fuel injector. I had exactly the same issue and it solved it completely when I changed it.

Hey man, I have this bike and have a ton of issues a bad mechanic kind of left me to figure out on my own. Is there a show book for this available? I can't find one anywhere and am a newb to mechanics

Hi mate would you recommend the Blueroc Legend 125 for. First time learner bike? I’ve just passed my CBT but need to get some road bike experience before I go for my full bike license. I’m looking for something low powered so I don’t get myself into trouble through lack of experience but looking for something that looks the part and sounds quite nice. Which I think the Blueroc Legend does. I’ve heard on the whole pretty good reviews of the bike, just wondered your opinion? Thanks.

I would opt for the AJS scrambler or desert scrambler, they have the same classic looks but with better build quality and better materials than the Bullit.
