@@nirgunawish *technically* sulfates don’t kill hair because your hair is already dead, it’s not a living part of your body, which is why it doesn’t hurt to cut it. But sulfates do strip your hair of needed oils. Only commenting because Ellbat cares about the science and she saw your comment 😅

Ok, but I would wonder if the mask is what actually was helping, or if the peel treatment beforehand. I would want to redo this with just the peel daily, just the mask daily, and then the combination, to see which actually factors into the improvement or if you really need both components of the treatment.
Tbh I love that brands peel, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was doing the heavy lifting. ^^ but I do cut them in half and space them out. ‘Cause expensive
yeah I didn't realise one had to buy the peel. The peel is definitely going to be helping with the spots. I have been considering this LED mask, but with the cost im taking longer to decide if I need it in my life. Im hoping to use it for collagen production on me ol skin.....however-yep I wonder how this would work with my regular pretty good skincare without the peel

I love the longer videos, i also realised how often hair is brought up in ever day situations. I got my hair cut for the first time in a very long time this week and I accidentally looked in the mirror really late at night and noticed one side is longer than the other. I'm being tormented.

I really appreciated that you talked about the fact that even having access to this stuff is difficult for most people. It can be frustrating to watch videos about this stuff (and the typical "20 million things you NEED from amazon"). I'm currently trying to save £2000 for an electric wheelchair so I can leave my house so I'm definitely bitter and jealous of other people's wealth! It does just seem like many influencers don't give a damn about whether stuff actually works and whether it's worth the money and they definitely don't acknowledge that many people can't afford it.
You might be a little unreliable with when you post but you're always thoughtful, thorough and well researcbed.
About 15 years ago when I was about 13/14 I used a red-blue light therapy lamp as my acne was so bad my face would be in constant pain and I would wake up with blood on my sheets from the spots on my back. And that’s not going into the anxiety and how self conscious it made me.
So I would sit with my face (with special goggles, very important) in front of it for 15 minutes a day and do the same with my back each day. I did this for about a year.
After about 2 months of using the light I noticed the difference significantly, particularly with the redness and swelling, but still got acne. (If you hadn’t realised already this was acne caused by puberty)
After 6 months or so my acne scars had diminished and I would just get the odd outbreak or odd spot here and then, probably about the same as I get today.
Now it’s hard to tell if this was due to the lights, the fact that I was a lot more caring for my skin or the fact that puberty decided it had enough of kicking me where it hurts every day. But I personally think that the light worked amazingly, I didn’t use any crazy £90 skin cleaner and most importantly I didn’t have to go onto anti-acne medication, which is known for its side effects.
Oh and you can find cheaper variants. Mine cost about £250 14 years ago so do research into the cheaper products and consult your doctor whether it’s right for you!

1. You can look at Amazon how much is the cost of 100 LEDs, about $ 5. And yes, you can find different wavelengths. Basic knowledge of electronics is needed to connect them and make the same mask for less than 20 dollars
2. White light from the sun and from some other light sources, such as neon lamps and incandescent lamps, emit all colors of light (all wavelengths), including those recommended for improving health. Standing in the sun, your skin absorbs red, yellow, blue, green, and ultraviolet light at the same time. White LEDs do not work, they emit only three specific wavelengths but our eyes mix them and see white. So an old light bulb in front of your face would do the same job as a mask.
3.By the way, without make-up and with all the small human flaws you look so real and beautiful!
