Power over heat is EXTREMELY underrated. heat is nothing but atoms moving. You can use it to make yourself faster, make your body stronger, or to literally just burn anything you want to the ground. Or Freeze people in place. You can even create a "Domain" by altering the heat of the air.
Unless it is implied that you don't have precise enough control to move atoms in a meaningful way to change structures of molecules, create sound, or move whole objects, which I think is a fair assumption because none of those things would be classified as heat. Would still be a dope power though because you could instantly boil your enemies, produce your own energy, survive extreme climates by regulating your own temperature, and cook your Hot Pocket without a microwave

I think human torch’s powers are good tier at best, given how flashy and destructive his powers can be, using those sorts of power aren’t going to fly under the radar for long. Forget people being on edge with you flying around as a burning inferno, once governments get involved things are gonna be messy. I’d take an ability that’s far less likely to be noticed by the general public so I can keep using it for QoL uses. Invis and time manipulation are great, but no doubt mind control is SSS tier, get any job you want, no waiting in lines, no dealing with assholes, etc. and if used carefully, it leaves no certain evidence that you have powers at all.

Reed's superpowers are super good for most situations, tbh. Want to play video games while drinking some coffee? Just make your pinky finger super dense, long and prehensile and use it as an octopus arm to drink. Want to get somewhere fast but your car's in the shop? Turn your arms into bike wheels. The road won't hurt because you're basically invulnerable. Or you could just transform into a helicopter. Need to keep an eye on your spaghetti but your kid is doing something stupid? Make your eye and eyelids into a bendy telescope and then go keep your kid from licking a wall socket or something. You also can reach anything from any point as you can stretch like 5 miles. Also Reed has super strength because of his invulnerability, which is pretty damn useful (this is how he can like catch and restrain The Thing).
Telekinesis, but like the Telekinesis on the level of Akira (and above) is the strongest superpower imo. It's like S++ tier lol, it's just that no author or show writer has realized it's full potential when making these superpower stories. It's kinda like how the Flash gets underestimated constantly but is low key BY FAR the most powerful character. The ability to control matter or energy with your mind is so busted in the hands of a smart, well-educated person that it really isn't comparable to others. If you were skilled enough, you could make a sun or black hole in the palms of your hands or using high density matter, manipulate gravity. Not to mention no one can ever touch if you don't want them to and you can fly super fast anywhere you want, including space, since you can make your own atmosphere around yourself and also protect yourself from the effects of flying at crazy speeds. Depending on how you’d choose to scale it, super strength could be unbelievably busted and extremely versatile. You could do the hulk super jumps and cross mass distances in one move, you could effectively gain super speed basically because strong legs=fast And if it works like luke cage, bullet proof skin.
I might take freezing time, BUT TIME CONTROL, time manipulation is so strong, you can technically teleport with it, speed up time so your attacks are faster, slow down time so your enemies can't fight back, freeze time, TIME R TRAVEL, basically ultra instinct

Power to summon and control infinite rats is the most underated power. Keyword being infinite. Infinite anything is immediately S+ tier power. Plus, rats can sneak around, eat people if needed, terrify some young rapscallions, and even fetch you a drink from the fridge when youre thirsty. Best power, prove me wrong.
Time travel is largely dependent on how it works. If you go back in time and you're altering the same timeline you were just in, pretty much anything you do is guaranteed to create a paradox. Alternatively, if you're switching/creating timelines every time, it should work fine with no paradoxes. The only problem is that chaos would be extremely potent on large time scales, so if you tried to change history you would probably do as much harm as good and there would be no way to predict what might happen. Still, it would be very powerful in that you could alter things that just happened within the past 10-50 hours with fairly predictable results and the tier it's in is appropriate. The ability to freeze time would essentially make you a god. Invisibility wouldn't be as insane but with any creativity you could get a lot done with it. Altering your size while retaining your mass is pretty much instant death. (assuming the laws of physics still apply to you) Being super stretchy would inherently mean some level of super strength, so I think it'd be fair to put it a tier higher. Other than that I agree with this list.
Squirrel girl also has the ability of the less chance she has at defearing an enemy (like thanos) the chances basically trade, where she now has the bigger chance to win, so basically she could beat the one above all, but not a newborn baby (Ive no idea how accurate this is, ive heard about it before, but i havent really done research on it)
I really don't see anybody having good intentions when they say they want invisibility. Sure, it could be used for good purposes, but there are other powers that could do all the good invisibility does but better. The only advantages invisibility has would be for bad purposes.

Freezing time requires a secondary power of not requiring oxygen, as the air outside of you can't move. Invisibility either includes your clothes, or you need to be naked. With time travel, it is important to specify which Time Travel Theory is involved. The ablity to truly alter the past, while ensuring that a _you_ exists and conveniently disappears just before you reappear, is useful. The ability reinforce Grandfather Paradoxes is not.

i would want to freeze time so i could sleep with time freezed or do homework during class or look up answers during a test, all of this would make my life so much more productive, imagine not having to waste time to sleep and instead you could just stop time? that would make it so you would have so much more time to be productive
I would have to wonder about how it would affect the blankets and such. Like, is the rule that you can selectively unfreeze objects and entities that you wish to interact with/manipulate, or is your wrinkly sheet gonna feel like a pile of jagged rocks?

Controlling time now that I think of it is pretty cool like lets say your in an argument about who is better at dodge ball if your opponent throws the ball , not only can you catch it but you can have extraordinary accuracy with it.

Telekinesis, but like the Telekinesis on the level of Akira (and above) is the strongest superpower imo. It's like S++ tier lol, it's just that no author or show writer has realized it's full potential when making these superpower stories. It's kinda like how the Flash gets underestimated constantly but is low key BY FAR the most powerful character.
The ability to control matter or energy with your mind is so busted in the hands of a smart, well-educated person that it really isn't comparable to others. If you were skilled enough, you could make a sun or black hole in the palms of your hands or using high density matter, manipulate gravity. Not to mention no one can ever touch if you don't want them to and you can fly super fast anywhere you want, including space, since you can make your own atmosphere around yourself and also protect yourself from the effects of flying at crazy speeds. You can basically do anything if given enough time, it's MEGA OP. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk on this nonsense lol.

If we’re talking about elasticity on Mr.Fantastics level it would be an S tier power because a lot of physical attacks can’t affect him like wolverines claws, he can manipulate the synapses in his brain to make him think way smarter, he can shapeshift his body into whatever you need, he can even make his body extremeley sense and swole and even rival the strength of the Thing which means you can always be jacked without excercise.

Depending on how you’d choose to scale it, super strength could be unbelievably busted and extremely versatile. You could do the hulk super jumps and cross mass distances in one move, you could effectively gain super speed basically because strong legs=fast And if it works like luke cage, bullet proof skin.

Power to summon and control infinite rats is the most underated power. Keyword being infinite. Infinite anything is immediately S+ tier power. Plus, rats can sneak around, eat people if needed, terrify some young rapscallions, and even fetch you a drink from the fridge when youre thirsty. Best power, prove me wrong.

Time travel is largely dependent on how it works. If you go back in time and you're altering the same timeline you were just in, pretty much anything you do is guaranteed to create a paradox. Alternatively, if you're switching/creating timelines every time, it should work fine with no paradoxes. The only problem is that chaos would be extremely potent on large time scales, so if you tried to change history you would probably do as much harm as good and there would be no way to predict what might happen. Still, it would be very powerful in that you could alter things that just happened within the past 10-50 hours with fairly predictable results and the tier it's in is appropriate.
The ability to freeze time would essentially make you a god. Invisibility wouldn't be as insane but with any creativity you could get a lot done with it. Altering your size while retaining your mass is pretty much instant death. (assuming the laws of physics still apply to you) Being super stretchy would inherently mean some level of super strength, so I think it'd be fair to put it a tier higher. Other than that I agree with this list.

I really don't see anybody having good intentions when they say they want invisibility. Sure, it could be used for good purposes, but there are other powers that could do all the good invisibility does but better. The only advantages invisibility has would be for bad purposes.

My personal take on how to improve invisibility as a whole is to allow the user to make ANY object invisible. With this ability I'd become the best mime in the world

A dude asked me would I prefer flying or being invisible and I said flying because I could fly and its cool and fly to other countries and it looks fun and he said invisibility and I said that with invisibility the best you can do is going invisible on a plane without paying and with flying you dont have to go on a plane. He said that with invisability he could sexually harass women. People like that should be in jail for life they are a danger to society.
Freezing time requires a secondary power of not requiring oxygen, as the air outside of you can't move.
Invisibility either includes your clothes, or you need to be naked.
With time travel, it is important to specify which Time Travel Theory is involved. The ablity to truly alter the past, while ensuring that a _you_ exists and conveniently disappears just before you reappear, is useful. The ability reinforce Grandfather Paradoxes is not.
