Video lighting and light modifiers FOR BEGINNERS

Please feel free to ask any question, I'll be pleased to help in everything that falls into my knowledge.
Please excuse me if I made any mistake, doing this late at night and i might messed up the white balance or the exposure in some shots, but the idea is to show how light affect your scene and also how modifiers help improve the overall quality of the subject illumination.
I used a FX30 shoothing S-Log 3 with S-Gammut 3.Cine
Exposed to 41 IRE my gray card and using the same gray card to white balance most of the time.
The lens im using is the Sony's 15mm F1.4
ISO is fiexe to either 800 or 2500 beacuse im recording in Cine EI
The only coloring I used was the default Sony Lut "2_SGamut3CineSLog3_To_LC-709TypeA"
