This has become a common rule for the riders across any city to ride from the wrong lane and especially towards the fast lane. The first one on a scooty and then a joker on Yamaha R15 with the bunny cover on his helmet. He may be feeling it super cool but actually he is one dumb idiot.
the right lane is all empty and not sure why they have to go wrong way. Just in case if you are not in sight of the person following his route you may end up seriously injuring yourselves.
