My friend's older brother's unclecousin said if you bring a sax to this fight, do 300 perfect hits in a row while entering the konami code, then tell him your mom's credit card info, you'll unlock a secret level
Tuba Knight needs your help to fight the TRUE final boss! All he'll need is your mom or dad's credit card number, the three digits on the back, and the expiration month and year.
This kinda sounds like he gets revived near the end of the game, but since he isn't truly alive, he doesn't feel the remorse he did before. Beware, conductor, this time he wont hold back.
No, the game isn't out yet, but there is a team working on it. Another CZcamsr who does Tuba music is working on it with their team, idk their name though.
It's a real shame not many people seem to figure out how to recruit Tuba Knight, because he's by far the best party member. This music actually gets used in both paths, when fighting one of the Top Brass with Tuba Knight in your party he becomes the only one you can select for the battle. (Makes sense, since it really is his fight there.) The normal boss theme for the fight goes flat, as if the reed broke, and this version of Tuba Knight's theme starts up. His stamana doesn't go down in this version of the battle, which adds a lot to the emotional weight of the fight and works out balance wise bc he's doing the fight alone. It's a REALLY cool detail.
Yeah dude. When I figured out if you blocked his special downthrust then casted disabling chord (which I didn't even have by then on my first playthrough) when he was in his stun, that he actually conceded and raised his hand in defeat. The moment that I realised there was a way to at least pacify him I knew that there was a way to recruit him too- and once I saw him in WoodWind valley I knew that he had to be recruitable
The secret second fight of the fan-favorite Tuba Knight. In a side room of a dungeon you find the item [Descartes Sheet Music]. If you bring this and the [Rusted Tuba Helmet] to the alchemist, they'll be able to create the unique equipment [Orchestral Crest] which gives +5 to any passive in your Mabinogion skill-tree (which you should have points in if you're traveling through brass dungeons). Wearing this item while entering the boss room of any Rank-B or higher Brass Dungeon has the 20% chance of the boss being replaced by the {Soul of Wind}. He'll say *"You there. In the archway. I recognize that crest: the order of Knights that wore them were as honorable as they were thunderous. Their rallying cry echoed over the mountains and heralded their coming to any wicked soul. Tell me, Traveler, are you wicked or are you honorable?"* It's a trick question, since the {Soul of Wind} reveals himself to be the spirit of the fallen {Tuba Knight} you killed to get the [Rusted Tuba Helmet]. He'll attack and initiate the bossfight against the {Holy Spirit of the Brass}. If/When you succeed, it's now that your answer becomes important. If you were a Wicked Soul, you will gain the [Emblem of the Dark Maestro], a powerful caster item that increases the damage of your Mabinogion skills. If you were an Honorable Soul, you will instead get the [Shield of the Brass Herald], which has a 10% chance of spawning a friendly {Soul of Wind} to fight alongside you whenever your shield intercepts damage.
For an earlygame boss, Tuba Knight is incredibly agile and won't hesitate to perform devastating attacks with nearly no cooldown. He really marks a major spike in difficulty from the Woodwind village you start the game in, and the open field you fight him in, giving you nearly endless space to battle is a truly epic atmosphere- reflecting the grand and free feeling that both the player and the knight and character feel while engaging in battle
Personally I liked the original tuba boss fight in the first game it had more attacks and a better looking model in my case but the second game had a more emotional attachment but the first one was more fast paced
The Tuba Knight, instead of a late game boss to op companion i feel like he would be more like a mid game boss, then become a companion. Like he's seen through the game with lots of plenty of dialog and even flashbacks to his past and once he sees the errors in his ways he turns on his corrupted king, and absolutely would still sacrifice themselves at the end by using his shield to block Tuba King II's Rusted Orchestra and bear the full brunt of the attack while you free the souls of the lost Orchestra kings, and the lost souls who are trapped under the corruption of the Rust.

I love how upbeat this is compared to how somber the original was, it really emphasizes the difference in tone between his main game and postgame fights. This isn’t a tragic duel against a loyal soldier who’s honor-bound to fight for a cause he knows is wrong. It’s simply a friendly but intense bout between two equal who refuse to hold anything back.
This is the second fight after you defeat him the first time and when he gives it his all. I love the fight so much that I kept on forgetting to recruit him.
Yeah. Doesn't help that the way to recruit him is kinda cryptic with having to block his Special then casting disabling chord. On casual playthroughs I rather to do the full fight as normal than grind for Disabling Chord in the first place and do the pacification method

You dropped to the ground near its corpse, you are bleeding tremendously and you are very very tired. You rest and take a nap... Chapter 1 completed Moving to chapter 2...
The sound really makes me think of Metal Slug. Actually a side-scrolling shoot/beat-em-up would be a great design for a game with such a large gallery of different enemies and bosses. Of course the Tuba Knight would be a staple mid-to-late-game boss battle that appears in every game. Most bosses are defeated by you and replaced by new bosses in the next game, but few of them ever stand above the Tuba Knight, who no matter how many times he is defeated, always perseveres and returns stronger each time, ever loyal and determined to defend his King. It's such a great moment too in Brass Tuba 6 when the Orchestral resistance and the Brass Kingdom team up to fight the invading Dubstep Demons from Interspace, especially the moment when it looks like you're about to get killed by a Wub Wub Blast, and Tuba Knight appears to shield you from the attack and then helps you out in the battle.
"The Champion of The Brass Tower" You can meet him in the Great Halls before you fight him, and if you have obtained the Horn of Valor from the Tournament side-quest he will remember you and new dialogue appears. If you give him the Horn of Valor instead of defeating him, he will become your ally.
Fun fact! Many people think that Tuba Knight’s hat is a strengthening tuba, but if you read its journal entry you will find that it is actually a growth to keep its sound contained, genetically engineered by its master so that it doesn’t blow out anyone’s ears unless it is told to.
This is the theme that plays if the knight is your companion when you fight the Fallen Tuba Hero. The two arch rivals finally settle their century long quarrel through combat.
The best way to learn is just to start making songs! I'd recommend beepbox.co, a website for creating old video game style music, as a starting point. Its super intuitive, and actually how I started to learn how to make music.
Tuba knight is generally an early to mid game boss, which is around the time where you usually get enough skill points or upgrades to your instrument to specialize in something, for example drum support for your summoned AI allies, spam summoning trumpet blasts, bow and arrow violin shots, etc. Which is also usually the time where your settled in the game and it seems easy, which it will NOT be. The Tuba Knight is used to basically teach you that the game isn't easy like the first few mini bosses and enemies you fought against like the policing cone which enforces laws, the tuba gunner, and other sorts of somewhat easy to a cake-walk type mini bosses and enemies, also being the first boss. It has a various amounts of attacks and what not it can use, but let's talk about the stats. The Tuba Knight doesn't exactly have a specialization in any, like damage, magic, armor, health, speed, etc. Instead, it revolves around being able to withstand different play styles and specializations from decently well to pretty good at. For example, able to have enough speed to move around and evade heavy strikes, enough HP to still tank a few heavy strikes and also be able to survive spamming flute players, which is EXTREMELY annoying in PvP because they just run around you, even worse if they also mix in violin as it gives a speed bonus. It also has enough damage and armor piercing to do solid damage. The most difficult part is it's AI and how it adapts. Unlike most bosses and what not which generally has patterned abilities, and if not, doesn't exactly have 'skill' I guess you could say, The Tuba Knight throws it all out of the window. For example, if you stay back and try to range it out with cannon based weapons like brass based instruments, it will start to sprint around in zig zag, sometimes stopping then moving, etc. Additionally, in combat, it can also block, parry, and also do ripostes or feint its attacks or put multiple in your way once you get stunned by a block breaker which it uses, and also has a swarm cleaning mechanism where it uses a tuba blast to deal shockwave based damage which knocks back you and your summoned AI allies, deals mediocre damage. Also, sense it's a shockwave attack, it will ignore armor. Generally, this type of boss makes you revolve around skill and not just getting a good weapon, grinding, etc. Because it will also evade heavy attacks to counter attack and retaliate, and if you do high hp or armor attacks, well, it will run rings and circles around you as most tank specializations have brass armor, tuba plates, or trumpet blast fields, slowly chipping you down and will wait until it's opportune. It's specified stats are: 500 HP, 90 attack, 24 speed, 70 armor, 65 magic (Easy mode) 700 HP, 140 attack, 30 speed, 90 armor, 75 magic (Normal mode) 950 HP, 190 attack, 35 speed, 120 armor, 100 magic (Hard mode) 1050 HP, 250 attack, 45 speed, 150 armor, 130 magic (Impossible mode) However, if you do not kill anyone in the start of the game, and pick the more kind options and what not, Tuba Knight will not be a challenge, but instead give you the option to get some formal training on how to properly block, feint, parry, riposte, dodge, attack, counter and retaliate, etc. Or you can skip it and probably get a harder time fighting the other enemies Overall, Tuba Knight is a good way to teach players on how to actually fight with skill and not just about grinding and any loopholes in the system or glitches and make them feel like their choices matter, which the choices you pick and options does matter. Later on he can be used as an ally in early, mid, and late game, up to the final boss, Tuba King the II. However, if you do defeat him and spare him, later on he will appear again but this time on the opposite side in mid game when you encounter Heavy gunner, and will have buffed stats to be appropriate for the battle. However, the heavy gunner can accidentally shoot Tuba Knight and it does have an aggro system, so you can make them attack eachother. However, this was patched in the 1.19 update, after the first months of release. Therefore, the best way to defeat them is to try to use deflection magic to chip down heavy gunner and take Tuba Knight head on with your refined skills after the battle. How to beat Tuba Knight in early game and a more thorough in depth explaination for mid game. For early game, as said before, just practice. Practice, and practice, and try to generally stun him by block breaking as you could do a feint, but you still have to be quick as he can unblock right afterwards in about a second. Then, use this to deal as much damage as possible, preferably two lights, a heavy, then dash back and if you have a ranged attack like horn blast, or tuba cannon, or maybe violin shotgun blast, fire once and then change it up to maybe pretend to charge to make him bluff, randomize, etc. As he can catch onto patterns. For mid game, it's reccommend to get a trumpet blast shield or a horn expulsion vacuum to fire back cannons to stun, attack, or target the heavy tuba gunner so you can't get stunned whilst Tuba knight is attacking or allow him to use a vacuum to pull you in and let Tuba Knight attack you by using as much defense boosts as they generally slow you down which can slow down the vacuum too until it's over. Now, a reminder: If you kill Tuba Knight, Heavy gunner will fire it's cannon much faster. It's recommended you get a speedster unlock or coordinated conduction, or maybe hire an expensive orchestra to help take down him, as it will be dangerous doing this without the unlocks and upgrades.
*You encountered the Tuba Knight. *You attack BLOCKED! *You attack again 4 DAMAGE! -Guess you really want to fight, huh? *The fight truly begins. *The theme is starting to play -Well, kiddo, you might be dangerous for the Tuba Kingdom. *The Tuba Knight attacks. 10 DAMAGE! *Huh. this remix is just amazing, it takes all the charms of the first one and add up on it, i really appreciate it, remixes sometimes just take off the charm of the original, but in your case you only added up to it, srsly amazing
This is the final fight with him over multiple mini bosses across the game, although this one is considered a full boss, by this point his character has developed so much and you get this all represented by how different though familiar his fight is. The ending to this fight either way is pretty climactic; if you don’t try to convince him at least once every fight he dies in a very tragic cutscene which I won’t talk much about since it’s better if you at least see this cutscene for your self, or you do convince him and he joins you (which you need to do if you want the true ending) and finishing his character in a satisfying way, I could say what happens to him in the true ending but I don’t want to spoil the game to much.
This is the Final battle theme for a Pixelated RPG.
nope, this is just a normal boss
I have been replaying this theme so many times, it’s so awesome, making me wish i will be able to play it! I do hope your theme gets in the game!
Dude... I speak for the Tubas and THey say We NEEED An EXTENDED VERSIOn of this oh my god!
All Person that disliked didnt cried when Tuba Knight died
that's deep, 1 like = 1 cry
Whut!?
(Did he really spoil me?)
@@shadowgamming3887 yeah i did
This is such a memorable tune. This has got to be my favorite out of all the tuba songs. Great remix!
Christ bless you, I need a whole soundtrack PLEASE 🥺
Wow, this is epic😲
Great job bro👍
"The Champion of The Brass Tower"
You can meet him in the Great Halls before you fight him, and if you have obtained the Horn of Valor from the Tournament side-quest he will remember you and new dialogue appears. If you give him the Horn of Valor instead of defeating him, he will become your ally.
I loved the new DLC costume for Tuba Knight: *Tuba Crusader*
Fun fact! Many people think that Tuba Knight’s hat is a strengthening tuba, but if you read its journal entry you will find that it is actually a growth to keep its sound contained, genetically engineered by its master so that it doesn’t blow out anyone’s ears unless it is told to.
Never before have i wanted more to be a game dev
I'm so glad they remake this old classic while keeping the same classic ost.
16-bit remix, pretty awesome.
I hope someone makes a game out of all of these tuba titans
I love him being drawn in a Mother 3 art style.
This is the theme that plays if the knight is your companion when you fight the Fallen Tuba Hero. The two arch rivals finally settle their century long quarrel through combat.
This makes really want to be some kind of musician. This is really awesome!
The best way to learn is just to start making songs! I'd recommend beepbox.co, a website for creating old video game style music, as a starting point. Its super intuitive, and actually how I started to learn how to make music.
@@Samwow Thanks for the reply! I'll experiment with some sounds that I could make some music with.
We all knew that this would someday happen, not if but when
from tubas, to pizza. A perfect evolution
I know his blade is just a metal pole, but I like to imagine it's a clarinet he uses as a lance. It just seems more fitting
When you recruit him and put him in your party Tuba Archmage has an additionnal voice line that says « traitor, did you just PITCHED me!? »
It's specified stats are:
500 HP, 90 attack, 24 speed, 70 armor, 65 magic (Easy mode)
700 HP, 140 attack, 30 speed, 90 armor, 75 magic (Normal mode)
950 HP, 190 attack, 35 speed, 120 armor, 100 magic (Hard mode)
1050 HP, 250 attack, 45 speed, 150 armor, 130 magic (Impossible mode)
However, if you do not kill anyone in the start of the game, and pick the more kind options and what not, Tuba Knight will not be a challenge, but instead give you the option to get some formal training on how to properly block, feint, parry, riposte, dodge, attack, counter and retaliate, etc. Or you can skip it and probably get a harder time fighting the other enemies
Overall, Tuba Knight is a good way to teach players on how to actually fight with skill and not just about grinding and any loopholes in the system or glitches and make them feel like their choices matter, which the choices you pick and options does matter.
*Sole Survivor of the Old Vanguard:*
*The Horn of Lament, Tuba Knight*
The game is getting created slowly :'D

*The Tuba Knight starts attacking, but you dodge the attack after seeing he really is serious. But you still took damage
5 DAMAGE!
This is where im gonna cut it off, because i dont really want to y'know, write an entire fight script, where you go the Tubacide route, so yeah.
Improvise it yourself. You are free to for example text me on discord your, better made, longer version: shitass#1337
Just a thing, you are allowed to also copy the entire thing, but you need to text me on discord or such and tell me your version, if i think its good enough, im just gonna copy it, and im gonna just do what i can do to improvise it possibly, and its pretty late, for it is 19:30 when im writing this comment (atleast for me)
So yeah. Technically goodnight.
ALSO you can just reply, and give me feedback like that, but as i said, its pretty late, im gonna do it tommorow. so about in 13-ish hours
this remix is just amazing, it takes all the charms of the first one and add up on it, i really appreciate it, remixes sometimes just take off the charm of the original, but in your case you only added up to it, srsly amazing
Thanks! I really liked the original, and I wanted to do it justice!
“It’s time to kick some brass”
Wow that took to long
