Emily, this inexpensive "collection" is very much like what I pack to go on vacation. I never take my "best of the best" just in case something breaks or gets lost in transit. Instead, I pack reliable but less expensive items, and plan for some products to do double duty. For example, I use my lipsticks as blush, and very carefully choose a small palette of eyeshadows that has a dark color I can line my eyes with. I really enjoyed this video: the final results are as pretty as if you had spent a lot more!
Imagine losing your makeup bag & then running to Walmart and pulling up this video! You could cover all categories and save $$$. This is perfection! 🔥💜

I was kinda skeptical of those elf bite size blush and highlights but after seeing it on you, I went straight and ordered me one in that same shade. That looks gorgeous on you!!!
This turned out absolutely Beautiful! The WNW Silk Finish lipsticks are SO good, and SO cheap!! I have one that's about 4 yrs old, and still going strong. Still moisturizing, and it still has full color. I've been seeing that Elf setting powder at Dollar Tree lately. It's $1.25 Tree now 😄 but it's been at a few different stores in my area. I would have chosen setting spray in lieu of the setting powder. My non negotiable items are: Concealer, bronzer, blush, mascara, and lipstick. Just goes to show, we don't need to spend a lot to look Gorgeous 😊
That Wet n Wild foundation is still one of my go-tos. My face & wallet both love it 🥰 I usually keep a darker one on hand to mix with foundations that are too light too!
I really appreciate this video! Thanks so much for your thoughtfulness for your subscribers in this tough economy. I also love the tips about using your brow pencil as eyeliner and your blush/highlight as eyeshadow. I would only add that you can also use your bronzer in the crease. I have used all these tips in the past, and they are not only economical, but practical for travel, as they keep the products you have to pack to a minimum. Your final look was beautiful as always.
Wow! Great summertime look under $25!! This would also be good for people that like to have just one everyday signature look with the same products, so they don't have to think much when it's time to get ready in the morning.
For years I've been using my (brown/black) waterproof mascara to tightline my eyes! 'Just use a tiny flat brush to apply. It works in a pinch and/or if you're on a budget (and the brow pencil isn't dark enough).
Brilliant video concept, Emily!! We are approaching retirement, and I know I will have to cut back on my beauty purchases. I have recently purchased both formulas of the Wet n Wild foundation, and am loving them!! I've also been using the Incognito concealer, covering my melasma spots BEFORE foundation/skin tints!!❤❤ I use the Elf brow pencil for my quick everyday quick makeup looks!!
I think I might be the only person on the planet who loves wet n wild mega length mascara. But it just works for me. I can’t use a curler but this mascara doesn’t flake or smudge and helps my lashes to stand up. That lipstick is perfect for you.

I have the Sun dance shade from rimmel at my Walmart. I was actually surprised ar how many rimmel products my Walmart actually had. I see it as a little multitasker because of the glow and has a little red in it. Its the type of shade and finish I would want to fine the appearance of bronzer, blush and highlight. I hope you keep making these videos! I’ve been penny-pinching on everything possible since gas and food are so expensive now.

Love how you used the Blush Duo as Eyeshadow! I always forgo Eyeliner...my eyes are on the smaller side, so I feel like eyeliner closes them in, making them even smaller. Wow, that Lipstick shade is Gorgeous! I Love a Berry Lip!
I never used to use a setting spray, but not that I'm much older I find it's a must for melting everything together. What I have Not tried is simply a damp blending sponge. That might get the melting job done, even if it doesn't contribute to longevity.
Since I started working from home I don’t wear make up very often anymore, I actually randomly bought most of the stuff recently from watching your videos, it works great! I had some special occasions recently where I needed to get dressed up and all of this stuff performed great. Love the foundation and mascara!

I have barely any brows so brow pencil is non negotiable as well as mascara and powder for my oily T zone. Blush is a must while bronzer can go if needed. Non negotiable for me has to be liquid liner! I use wet n wild break up proof though so that is very affordable! I am going to have to try spiced apple on the eyes soon. Would come in handy for travel as well for less bulk in the makeup bag!

Video Idea! What if you did a Most Expensive Face vs. Least Expensive Face where you shop your stash for all of the steps you would normally do but pick the most expensive and least expensive things for that step in your collection?? Do a full face of each and see which you prefer!
The Elf powder is my holy grail powder. I can prime with it and use it alone but most importantly, it doesn't darken my undereye. It's not a compromise for me. I bought multiple backups. Love it.

I’ve been loving a lip brush application. I picked up a couple MAC lip palettes and it has been so fun playing with them. Loved this lighter look. My non-negotiables are brows and lip product.

Your channel is really one of the best beauty channels on CZcams. All those influencers who constantly buy, and review, outrageously expensive products is not feasible for millions of people this day n age. With the sky high cost of living we’re all facing right now, so many people barely have the money for food and electricity, let alone buying makeup. I know I absolutely can’t afford to buy those high-end makeup products, and it’s actually really depressing to watch those influencers, knowing I can’t buy the things they’re using. I’m sure I’m not alone feeling this way. I appreciate your videos and your content. Thanks 😊
I enjoy when I can found videos like this because it’s simple and put together and I’d feel good on going out. I must have a primer on my oily eye 👁 lids but I could probably get away with it by blotting powder on them.
This would be a cool idea for skin care also. Maybe great skin care under 25. Skin care is expensive, but there are hidden gems and tips/tricks to help boost the skin cares potential.

Gorgeous! Way to go on a budget. I have everything but the Big Poppa mascara; may have to try it. I love Wetn’Wild and elf but the smell on the foundation is very strong for my sensitive nose. I love their stick foundation. A suggestion for a slightly different eye look would be to use the bronzer as a one and done. Emily, I love how you continually challenge yourself to find interesting and worthy content. Thank you so much for that. ❤️
Something I did a lot when I was in high school (and I’d do my makeup at school before class so I wanted to bring as few products as possible) was I used wet and wild’s contour duo as eye shadow, contour, and powder (you know that one with a contour and banana sort of powder) worked well for an everyday eye

ELF has a amazing clay based blotting powder I use as a setting powder for under $2 it is really amazing in this hot weather on my oily skin ..

I took your Needs palette on a recent trip and it was wonderful! Only added concealer, powder, mascara, and lip gloss.
I regularly use Elf Camo concealer in place of foundation! With some L’Oréal True Match, it ends up working fine for a light base!

You can also use the bronzer in the crease or for eyeliner or maybe even in the brows. You can do a lot with bronzer.
Video Idea! What if you did a Most Expensive Face vs. Least Expensive Face where you shop your stash for all of the steps you would normally do but pick the most expensive and least expensive things for that step in your collection?? Do a full face of each and see which you prefer!

I’ve been loving a lip brush application. I picked up a couple MAC lip palettes and it has been so fun playing with them. Loved this lighter look. My non-negotiables are brows and lip product.
I definitely can't go without concealer, mascara, bronzer and blush. Those are my non-negotiables. I have been using the advanced night repair serum- on your recommendation and it's helping my skin so much!!!

Your channel is really one of the best beauty channels on CZcams. All those influencers who constantly buy, and review, outrageously expensive products is not feasible for millions of people this day n age. With the sky high cost of living we’re all facing right now, so many people barely have the money for food and electricity, let alone buying makeup. I know I absolutely can’t afford to buy those high-end makeup products, and it’s actually really depressing to watch those influencers, knowing I can’t buy the things they’re using. I’m sure I’m not alone feeling this way. I appreciate your videos and your content. Thanks 😊

I enjoy when I can found videos like this because it’s simple and put together and I’d feel good on going out. I must have a primer on my oily eye 👁 lids but I could probably get away with it by blotting powder on them.
This would be a cool idea for skin care also. Maybe great skin care under 25. Skin care is expensive, but there are hidden gems and tips/tricks to help boost the skin cares potential.

Gorgeous! Way to go on a budget. I have everything but the Big Poppa mascara; may have to try it. I love Wetn’Wild and elf but the smell on the foundation is very strong for my sensitive nose. I love their stick foundation. A suggestion for a slightly different eye look would be to use the bronzer as a one and done. Emily, I love how you continually challenge yourself to find interesting and worthy content. Thank you so much for that. ❤️
Something I did a lot when I was in high school (and I’d do my makeup at school before class so I wanted to bring as few products as possible) was I used wet and wild’s contour duo as eye shadow, contour, and powder (you know that one with a contour and banana sort of powder) worked well for an everyday eye
