    About This Guided Meditation For Sleep:
    This Meditation was designed to help you enter into a blissful sleep and release any tension you carried throughout the day. Fill yourself with a deep sense of gratitude for life, and allow that feeling to flow through you into the night. Wake in the morning feeling rested, recharged and ready for a wonderful day, but right now, there is nowhere else you need to be. Rest, recharge and sleep.

    🌟Tips to think about when meditating🌟
    🌟Be relaxed about it. Don't force feelings or fight thoughts. If thoughts come into your mind whilst meditating, just allow them to float away and return your concentration back to the rhythm of your breath and the beats of your heart.
    🌟Be comfortable. You don't have to meditate in the lotus position. What's most important is that you are comfortable. I like to sit with my legs crossed, spine straight, and shoulders relaxed. When we are in an open position with our spine, we improve our circulation and breathing.
    đź’¨How to breathe when you meditate.đź’¨
    đź’¨There is no hard and fast rule. Different spiritual practices recommend different approaches. Here are some things to keep in mind when breathing.
    đź’¨Inhale through your nose and out through your mouth if you can.
    Breathe deep into your belly; you shouldn't feel your shoulders rising and falling; we want to think of deep belly breaths, like when you see a baby sleeping and their belly softly rises and falls. That's a simple way to think about how to breathe when you're meditating. Breathe like a baby.

    ❣️Meditation is a beautiful approach to discovering more about yourself, releasing energetic blockages and directing and focusing your mind. Honestly, you get what you put in from it. If you are looking for spiritual upliftment and healing, these meditations will absolutely give you that. If you are looking for general relaxation and help with sleep, these meditations will give you that, too.
