Ingredients: 9x13 baking dish
31/2 lbs chicken breast
8 Chile poblanos;divided
Chile serranos or jalapeños (optional)
1 1/2 onion; divided
4 garlic cloves;divided
Handful of cilantro
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup crema mexicana(table cream or you can use sour cream and add milk)
Sweet corn kernels
Chicken bouillon I used 1 1/2 tbsp
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 serving of love💕

Good good morning sweet angel. Decided to make this dish for our little hometown Meat Market, since I’d already made it for my church staff and they were beyond grateful and loved it. This looks yummy! Hey, Claudia - The recipe I order most at a Mexican restaurant is chicken breast over vegetables (mushrooms, broccoli, large pieces of colorful bell peppers, onion, and cauliflower. It is served over rice with a yummy white cheese sauce. I would love to see a recipe you do for it. Also, vegetarian quesadillas would be yummy too!

Just roasting and steam in the bag make the peppers ready to use. Do not boil.
