I was unable to configure reporting server on ssms i am using Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Microsoft Corporation Developer Edition (64-bit) on Windows 10 Pro 10.0

The problem often stem from not pressing the Apply tab, which greyed out. So people tend to think it has already set up when it is not. So you need to fill in the necessary stuffs like 'Reports' to bring it back to apply mode and then press Apply....
