I see the biker on the hard shoulder, and an unmarked police car stopping next to him, followed by a police officer rolling down the window and making hand gestures, but I don't hear any shouting.

Good he shouldn’t be on the hard shoulder especially he could have filtered in between lanes..
probably to the annoyance to drivers stuck there…

Never seen that ford focus before. The focus' for scas tend to be the old 12 plates before the volvos. But be a basics dr or someone

Thank you and it’s a standard response as it’s classed as a motorway so 3 fire engines if it was a normal road then would’ve only been 1 fire engine
