ja, ist na voorbakken op 150 c° of lager of hoger? wat is de perfecte dikte? wat is de beste olie?

1) Bloemige aardappelen
2) 1cm dikte snijden
3) frieten blancheren of spoelen in heet water en droogdeppen
4) 4 min. voorbakken op 150C tot ze drijven
5) Opschudden en drogen
6) 1 à 2 minuten afbakken op max 175C tot goudbruin
7) opschudden met zout
In de frituur waar ik jaren heb gewerkt gebruikte ze ossenvet, en die smaak ben ik gewoon. In ander vet smaken frieten ook hoor ;-)

I love pastry and baking, the staff in the bakery are really nice and let you fool around and the overall energy of you two enjoying the baking is just so nice. You did a great job on this video. The music use is very good. Even living in the Netherlands I acknowledge the worth of koffiekoeken. I think it is the same as a smoske. Belgium should really promote it but not raise the price! Since that is what usually happens next.
