- Presented by the University of Sydney's School of Molecular Bioscience. See the steps involved in cloning a gene of interest using fundamental laboratory techniques. Molecular biologist Vanessa Gysbers explains the procedures involved, using concise animations and interviews with leaders in the field.
This is head and shoulders above every other tutorial I've found on the topic, bravo
Amazing. I'm studying Molecular Bioscience at University of Hawaii and I loved this video. It made my feel like I'm gaining all the skills necessary to perform this techniques in the future. I can't wait to be doing this kind of work. Aloha from Hawaii!
WOW! Now I feel like I mastered the art(process) in course of single video, thank you for inspiring
Awesome illustration!
very information.... thank you very much
Great video thank you for your video
thnx I actually got idea about the process..
Great😊 I'm studying molecular biology so i need to expert this technique✌
it was really informative !! keep it up (y)
Wow awesome.
very nice
good job
OMG YES I FINALLY FOUND IT
I like the moment where she says "At last..." because it's probably been a few days at it! Thank you Vanessa for an excellent hands on presentation. My only wish is that some of the specifics like which buffer or which restriction enzyme would be shared either in the video or the description above. Nonetheless, still quite good!
It helped me so much for my science test about genetics i got full marks thank you keep it up.
Thank you, this video answers all my questions.
Awesome video! Thank you very much
Thank you for sharing.
Awesome demonstration..
Thank you so much!
great video... thanks.
nice demonstration and information .. great job... keep it
Wonderful Video !!!
Good job, thanks
Educative indeed!
Awesome demonstration! Very informative! Great job! Thank you! My only doubt is why didn't you use blue- white screening to distinguish between the recombinants and the other tranformants/non-transformants? Is the long method necessary? It's just a query coming from a student like me...
very good job
very informative thanks
really helpful for graduates like me
Nice video. Thanks for sharing! :)
great😍😍
