Lol no I do not regret the purchase. Everything still works good, but the battery health did go down a bit. Apart from that it still works like a charm

Probably the 13 Pro Max cause even with the battery replacement it will still end up cheaper than the 14 Pro Max, but hopefully you won’t need to get the battery replaced

Mine came from Decluttr Store. Everything including the serial number checks out just fine. My take on the phone you received is there are many different third party sellers out there, some are good and some are not so good. You might’ve just gotten one from a not so good seller, but if the phone works like it should then it should be no problem for you to keep using it. As to why Apple Support doesn’t recognize the serial number, I have no clue as to why that is 🤷♂️

It’s usually mixed. A lot of times you get a good conditioned phone, & usually the listing says if it’s unlocked or if it’s carrier locked. As for the battery that’s also usually mixed

Yeah for me it works good. It’s just slightly less than how a battery with 100% health will perform. If I use it all day I only have to recharge it once towards the evening
