That's d best part of his teachings, he taught me to never depend upon anyone for my happiness so now I have the key to my happiness... Sadhguru is a beautiful part of my life.. He has helped me immensely.. Sometimes I feel selfish gaining so much from him and not sharing it enough..
What a mess my life was before I knew him.. And now..., Life's great again.. problems are still there in my life as external factor but my inner mind is at peace.. Now I have the tools to deal with tough situations in life..

Sadhguru with the greatest respect I love you ❤ and I wish I could meet you but I had a bad accident and I now have to reside in a nursing home for the rest of my life. So, I guess I will just keep watching and listening to your wisdom. Thank you Sadhguru for helping me understand that happiness and joyfulness comes from within. I was sorry for myself because I had multiple fractures and due to a fractured skull I had a brain bleed (not good) but since I have been watching you for some months I have learned to smile at the other people in the home, my family don't visit so I'm making the people here my family 😊 and I thank you for helping me adjust to my new life!!
