I want to figure out what type of manicure I should ask for. Every time I get a basic one the top coat comes off within a couple days. The gel is the only that lasted for a month but it was to shiny for me and the way my nails felt afterward

To knock the high shine off, after they put the final coat on your gel builder, get them to buff them with a very fine sponge sanding block. This will make them look like a satin finish.

Put very thin coats and after each coat wipe it with nail polish remover to get rid of the sticky layer, I was having the same issue and if that doesn’t work you might need to get a more powerful gel machine, but let me know if that works for you!🫶🏽

First ph bonder next base coat and end it with top coat! But I started using a better product called “ Makartt , nail artiste collection” it’s way best and drys faster! 🫶🏽

Expect sheer pink 59 is their any color that is natural for nails but still looks shiny

Why would you put oil first? Why not dehydrate the nail, polish them, and THEN apply oil to finish ????

It’s not regular oil love, That’s gel nourishing oil to protect his nail beds, you don’t want to burn your clients or dry there skin out

You can always use a buffing cream! A lot of my male clients prefer that 😉more work for you though (but it’s more money too)
